I was killing ten roaches a day--yes, daily--and went without a washer or dryer for three months With no compensation. The entire complex constantly reeks of weed, and trash is everywhere. People don't clean up their dog pop. Their garbage compactor breaks down monthly, so piles of garbage just sit and rot. They initially tried to move me into an apartment that hadn't even been cleaned after the last tenant. I demanded a new unit, and the one they gave me was only half-cleaned--with pills in the carpet that could've killed my dog. And the cherry on top? At the end of my lease, they kept my $1,400 deposit without explanation. This place is mismanaged, unsanitary, and downright dangerous. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
