I was totally blown away with Video Express' excellent service. I walked in off the street (to be clear, I drove there first) and handed the owner, Michael two video duplicating problems I haven't been able to solve in years. Both were small jobs, but important to me. He took care of what I needed to see in lightning fast time, created and handed me an mp4 and charged me a very reasonable price. The other thing I needed solved he handed back to me, but told me how to get it done cheaper by another supplier. He could have done it, but not in house and he didn't want me to have to pay extra since he would have had to add on to the outside vendor;s price. What a guy! I also found Video Express via a Google search and what a serendipitous find it was! I had some old video and audio cassette tapes that I needed converted to MP4's and also made into a DVD. Over the course of two months worth of conversations about what I needed (I had to wait to submit my tapes due to being on fixed income), Michael was extremely courteous and professional, and was so attentive that I felt like I was his only customer. I found Video Express via a Google search. I called and Michael was willing to try to see if he could retrieve anything from some old throwaway video cameras that I'd hoped had some film of folks that had passed. Michael made it a special project to research if there was any way to get anything off these much out of date cameras. This week after much research and testing on Michael's part, I got the cameras back along with a beautiful note and no charge. Michael's note made me feel at peace that all that was possible was done to retrieve whatever was on those tapes--so now I'm going to let it go. Also, as I did more clean up at my parents' house, I found many reels of stuff that should be convertible.
