The…read morevideo included photos, music, personalised messages from friends and family and home videos that were put together in a chronological order that 'told the story' of my parents lives together. We borrowed a friend's projector and showed the film as a surprise present at a party we had to celebrate the occasion. My mum, dad, our friends and family were totally blown away! I couldn't have known just how well this film was going to go down. There were tears and laughter all the way through and the guests from the party are still raving about it! The timings in the music, the sense of humour and the personal touches are so very clever and creative. My parents are truly delighted by this special gift. Luke has captured the spirit and history of my family in this film and we will continue to enjoy it for many years to come. I have watched the movie about ten times now and I still cry every time!

They arranged a late license, great food from a local caterer and coat check for us and we had a band and DJ in addition to speeches and fireworks! One of the great things about this venue is its location with views of Hammersmith Bridge to the left and up river towards Chiswick to the right as you stand on the spacious balcony. We were lucky enough to be treated to a spectacular October sunset just as the party really got going! Ramsay, who runs the venue in the evenings is a fantastic chap who really wants to make the event a success and I would highly recommend the place to anyone wanting to throw a party in West London!

We were offered a free table by promoters for the night of the 20th of March, and were told to…read moreprovide a name list and for the guests to bring ID. We complied with their requirements and arrived at the club on time. They didn't let in two of my friends because they were black girls. I wish I was joking. I chatted to the staff at the door and while they gave a general standard answer of "I don't know why but management asked us not to let them in," one of the staff members confirmed to me that they would have let in my other three white guests but not the two black guests because management "didn't like their look." I tried to negotiate and bargain their entry however in hindsight I should've left on the spot. Five minutes after attempting to negotiate with them, our entire group left the club. It is 2015. I couldn't believe that such racism still exists. Never again, ever. I am not letting this go and will make sure my voice is heard in every available avenue.

But apart from that everything else was great the music was on point. We had a table and got a bottle of Grey goose plus some promoters were giving us complimentary drinks all night.
