They are quick to respond and very friendly and they ensure things are getting done in a timely manner. The guys that work in the development taking care of maintenance issues, etc. are all terrific too. After living in an HOA setting for several years, I can truly say that RPG does a great job, through the years I have dealt with other property management companies that don't hold a candle to RPG for service, maintenance and follow-up! And after two once in a hundred-year storms hit the Victor NY area in as many years they did a great job orchestrating and managing the massive cleanup and repair jobs.. I give them an A+
