A traditional German country-town hotel, well located close to the centre of this little town, next…read moreto the church. Lots of dark wood panelling and dark furniture but you couldn't wish for a better place to rest overnight. A very pleasant and professional welcome from the barmaid and the receptionist, showing me where to park and getting my first beer ready whilst I put my stuff in my room! (Well it was a hot day!) in fact what drew me to the place were the pictures of the outside seating where you can drink and eat to your heart's content! I had the Gorgonzola tagliatelle (with strips of chicken breast and rucola on the side) and it was very tasty - but a large portion so couldn't quite eat it all! They've got a new menu coming next week so try it then maybe..?
