This restaurant offers a large selection of noodle and rice dishes inspired by Vietnamese cuisine, but I have only tried their solid pho offering. The pho comes in a large bowl with the best fresh rice noodles I have ever had (and I eat a lot of pho in Vietnamese restaurants in the U.S.). The price is incredible at only 7 Euros. Great value for a very filling and delicious bowl! The broth had good flavors of lemon grass and ginger, and a good deep, beef base. It's a kind of "medicinal" food I love to taste because it really makes you feel healthy and wards off colds and fevers.
The restaurant has friendly kitchen staff. You can see them preparing the food behind a semi-enclosed kitchen. They close daily at 10:00 p.m. I saw a lot of people picking up food to go for late night, and a couple of late night owls eating in. The decor includes an aquarium with exotic large Asian fish, lots of potted plants, and large wooden wall decorations of Vietnamese country scenes on deep green walls. (The bathroom only had cold water!)
Try their pho, it's quite amazing and served with a friendly smile. read more
