Chao's version included avocado, which added a creamy texture and flavor, to accompany the fresh salmon. Plus, I requested that mine be prepared spicy, which they were happy to do. It was SO good, between the three of us, we pursed 1 normal and 3 spicy :-) This friendly restaurant is located very close to the cathedral and to the Ludwig museum. You will not find this in Germany but here. The way it works is you receive an empty bowl, you select a sauce (highly recommend the curry!), and then walk over to the food bar and help yourself to meats, veggies, fruits, etc. My advise, since this is unlimited, try one or two meats at a time, take small portions, and keep going back for more - this way you can try all the various sauces & meats without mixing them together.
