The bar where they take your order. Got your napkins, water, straws~

I had a great experience at Vietwich. The food is incredible--every sandwich we tried was fresh, flavorful, and honestly hard to put down. The taro coconut smoothie was absolutely divine and easily one of the highlights of the visit. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a nice mix of classic and alternative music playing in the background that really adds to the vibe without being overwhelming. On top of that, the staff were genuinely kind and made the whole experience even better.

A third of the An Hanoi banh mi and one of the veggie egg rolls!

I hadn't been here in years, and never would have thought to try the vegetarian option back then, but I'm so glad I wanted to try something new this time! You can't find a tofu banh mi at classic Vietnamese restaurants, and the additions on this one makes you forget you need meat at all. My dad was teasing me for praising it so much, but happily munched on it when I had it delivered, I didn't tell him it was vegetarian until after he'd had a couple of bites. Definitely try adding the fried shallots and the egg!

Went to try out due to it popping up on here. I love me a good banh mi sandwich and this one was as expected. The hibiscus drink I had tho was not so I was truthful with the employee when they graciously asked how it was. For the cost I made myself drink it. The ambiance is very cozy; I sat at a two person table. FYI- card only, no cash.

Somewhat hidden in the end of strip mall, this place is a clean and simple establishment with a black and white color theme that screams bright and fresh. Ordering process was straightforward and efficient. Good came fast. Excellent menu selection to choose from, I went basic with the classic pork banh mi. Ordered it with everything. It was delicious. The baguette was ethereal with a crisp crust crackled with every bite. Pork was plentiful, tender and rich with lemongrass grilled flavor. The veggies were fresh and pickled daikon and carrots added that characteristic banh mi flavor. There is a house-made mayo hidden there that pulls it all together and puts a nice bow on top of that package! Vermicelli bowls and boba tea seemed to be a hit with the steady stream of lunchtime patrons. I'll have to go back for more!

Went with a coworker friend for lunch, and I got an Enoki Tofu sandwich with extra mayo. They charged extra for the mayo which the cashier did not advise. The sandwich was really good, so that was nice. I also got the mango strawberry smoothie, which was not a smoothie. It was more like mango juice with a variety of jelly on the bottom. The drink was decent, but I had wanted a smoothie instead. They should really correct this on the menu since it isnt an actual smoothie mix with strawberry. My coworker also did not like her drink, and she overheard another customer complaining about theirs. The restaurant is also clean. We were able to get a table to dine in there. Great food, perhaps drink could improve!

Finally got around to trying this place! It's a very casual establishment: you order at the counter (or order ahead online), pick up your food, and you can either eat at one of the few tables they have, or take it to go. That being said, though, the place is very clean and has a nice atmosphere! The staff is friendly and the service is quick. I ordered the Vietwich Classic Pork. It was a really solid Banh Mi. It wasn't anything super unique, it didn't reinvent the wheel, but it did a great job at just being a classic sandwich. I also got the Mom's Egg Rolls, and those were also yummy. Overall, I really enjoyed my meal and look forward to coming back again!

Honestly what drove me here were the low prices. Entering, it's quiet and welcoming, and the service was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well put together. The sandwich was huge!!! For this sort of size you'd expect expensive but it's so affordable! I would come here more often if I didn't live on the other side of Houston lol. Only thing to consider is they don't take cash!

First time at Vietwich! Just for a smoothie this time, but we will come back for a Báhn mì soon! Despite the good reviews, the place exceeded our expectations. Everything: location, seating area, drinks, service. Everyrhing looks and is cool. They do even have old arcade machines, if you want to give it a try!

    The Meatball Sandwich

It's located in a small shopping center in Stafford. Don't be fooled by the exterior, there's great sandwiches here. They have a variety of banh mi to choose from (the meatball, special, pork, chicken, beef and a vegetarian option). They also have lots of smoothies, teas, and coffee drinks to choose from. The service was polite and friendly. Our food came out within 5-7 minutes, the egg rolls were hot and crispy. My sandwich was delicious, however I would enjoy it more if the bread was toasted slightly and warm. The veggies were fresh and the meatballs were tender. The egg rolls were great and the dipping sauce tasted great with them. I like how they have clips of the owners cooking vietnamese food on the tv playing.

I tried a few of the popular ones. The meat and the veggies for all of them were quite good. I kind of wanted a little bit more meat, though. The pork belly was tender along with the skin part. Pickled carrots were excellent. The bread was okay; nothing too exciting. Overall, the banh mi were not bad.

Wait...hear me out... This is a damn delicious sandwich. I got the grilled pork. BUT if I ask for extra butter and pate, and you say you don't have that... Only mayo sauce... That is not the banh mi I know. This is a new generation banh mi with a way smaller bread yet super delicious filling. Personally, I would hit up Don Cafe for old skool craving which is literally down the street from here or Bellaire location if you prefer. It's a super delicious sandwich though so I will give it 4 stars! We went to both places today and compared lol

Vietwich lives up to the hype! After seeing them make the Yelp Top 100 restaurants list, I knew I had to check this place out ASAP. I really liked the local neighborhood-y vibes this place has, and you don't have to deal with the busy traffic of Bellaire Chinatown area. Walking into their clean interior, we were immediately greeted by the owner, and 1 of the girls on staff. They were both really friendly, and gave us a quick rundown of their banh mi options, as well as their different drink options. We came some what near closing time, but luckily the only thing they had run out of for the day was the "dac viet" banh mi ingredients. We decided to try their vietwich classic beef, vietwich classic pork, and enoki tofu banh mi's, as well as a Vietnamese coffee to wash it all down. Adding a fried egg and crispy shallots is a game changer, definitely opt in for these flavorful add-ons, trust me! The unique option, enoki tofu, was for sure the crowd favorite. I haven't seen this type of banh mi anywhere, but it was SO GOOD! The Vietnamese coffee was just the "cherry on top" for this quick, tasty, and affordable lunch. We'll be back again without a doubt, enjoy!

Went on a busy Thursday at lunch - takeout. This place is fairly small - maybe six tables. Place was clean and people were polite. Took a couple minutes to place order as everyone who worked their was busy preparing food then waited about another ten minutes for the food. As crowed as it was, pretty happy with being in and out in 15 minutes. Food travelled well. I opted for the roast pork Bahn mi and two egg rolls. The sandwich was great - pork, vegetables and the bread. The egg rolls had a proportionally high amount of mushrooms, not my favorite but still tasty. Solid meal. Wish you could order ahead online.

It's located in a strip center, so there is plenty of parking. I've been here numerous times, and I usually order their pho. During the hotter summer months, when I'm not craving a piping hot bowl of soup, I'll switch it up and get one of their vermicelli bowls instead. For pho, they offer a small bowl for $11 and a large for $12, with many protein options such as fatty brisket, well-done flank, tripe, tendon, and meatballs in various combinations. Their vermicelli bowls are usually between $12-15 depending on the protein. They also sell banh mi sandwiches, although I usually stick with the pho and vermicelli dishes. The dining area is very large, which helps because this place gets extremely busy on weekends, especially around Saturday lunch. Even when crowded, I usually don't have to wait long because there are so many tables. If you want to avoid the rush, I'd recommend coming a little earlier before the lunch crowd. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the food usually comes out just a few minutes after ordering. They also have a rewards program tied to your phone number where you earn points toward future meals. If you're in Sugar Land and craving Vietnamese food--especially pho--I highly recommend giving Pho Ben a try.

In my experience, beef chow fun at other restaurants often suffers from soggy rice noodles, uneven flavoring, and noodles that stick together. As you can see in the attached pictures, the flavor here was very even, and the texture was firm without being chewy.
