Luckily, my friends and co-workers referred me to Jed, which resulted in the smoothest, most transparent experience I could have imagined. Jed is extremely patient and never tried to push or rush me into putting down an offer. He also was exceptionally good at picking up on what I liked (or didn't like) about certain properties and making sure to adjust future showings to reflect this. During escrow, he kept me on track by reminding me to schedule movers, set up my trust, schedule changes to utilities etc. He advocated for me while I was undergoing the process of breaking my current lease.
