They said they can deal with the warranty company and it's not an issue. After nearly 4 weeks, it's ready to be picked up. Despite my warranty they ant me to pay extra money that the warranty company won't pay them for their markup. I did not agree to this nor was I informed of this prior to the repairs being done. The service manager didn't seem to care either way and was very dismissive when I questioned their business ethics. I was told prior to dropping it off, by a member of their parts staff, that they didn't do business this way. Apparently they do. I guess if you're in a pinch and don't mind overpaying, use them. Otherwise I'd suggest going elsewhere to a business that honors your warranty and is upfront if they don't. Update: The owner of Holly Acres reached out to me after this review posted. He claims that I should be upset with my warranty company and not him. The warranty company didn't want to pay the labor hours that his technician wanted to do the job. Talk about the tail wagging the dog. Zero concern or regard for your paying customer. Zero regard for a consumer that purchased protection for their purchase. It's clear they are only interested in the money aspect and not taking care of their customer. Second update: Picked my RV up this morning. Very cordial and polite with the staff. The owner, Bill, shows up to confront me. One of the service members must have called him when I arrived. He literally confronts me in an effort to tell me I know nothing and that it's not their fault. He even tried to claim that I approved the additional charges because I signed the work order. When I told him I was asked to sign it AFTER the work was completed so that the extended warranty could be claimed, he insinuated I was lying. He went as far to tell me that I was slandering his company. The fact that he showed up to confront me lets you know exactly why the business is run the way it is. I don't blame the employees, I blame him.

Service way to set it's 180 dollars for each job and why was there an accident estimate that they charge me two times $180 she said one for interior damages one for exterior damages. The manager came started off by not listening to me and cutting me off all I was trying to understand all these charges of course had a bunch of questions in the process the service manager said to me I should take my RV somewhere else multiple times. This guy is not a management material he speaks over you never listens and gets aggressive and most importantly costing the company a lot of money. My Geico would have paid this company thousands and the warranty work which I have problems with slides and some other stuff would have added thousands of more in their pockets but yet he sacrificed all that money for his company he works for for diagnostic chump change which at some point I even agreed to pay multiple diagnostics but at some point he mentioned again if we are going back and forth like this I should take my RV somewhere else. First of all what back and forth I was trying to understand the details and at no point I was argumental secondly good job for costing your company thousands of dollars I wonder how many other people end up leaving because of you and your management skills what you don't have

I must say out of all of my shitty mechanic experiences this by far was the worst! The level of…read moredisrespect and belittlement I received at Elite Truck is downright disgusting. I travel the USA in my 1984 Chevy RV and while visiting friends in Washington DC I noticed that my headlights stopped working. I also had been hearing some squeaking sounds coming from my brakes. So I decided to call Elite to get this fixed asap so I could make it to Florida to see my mom for Thanksgiving. Long story short they ended up charging me $800 just to clean my brake pads, replace a headlight dimmer switch, and top off my oil. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE when they gave me the keys back to my rv, my engine was sputtering and idling very low. The exhaust pipe was bouncing up and down very erratically and it was emitting a very bad burnt oil smell. I've been traveling all throughout the US for over 3 years, my rv has driven up some of the steepest mountains in Colorado and never has it ever made those sounds or smelled like it did. Additionally I have done the majority of the repairs myself and know practically EVERYTHING about my rv. Besides minor oil leaks from old gaskets, my rv is in impeccable condition despite its age and my engine has very low mileage. I brought the sputtering to the attention of Dustin who was overseeing my repairs. He claimed that my rv was like that when I brought it in and that it was nothing that they had done. I explained to him that it was definitely not like that before or ever for that matter but was basically called a liar multiple times in my face, talked to like I didn't know what I was talking about, and told that all of a sudden my engine is bad. There's no surprise here that I'm a woman. This is how we get treated at mechanics. This place was no different. I too did not understand how this could have happened from a simple cleaning of brake pads and changing of a dimmer switch. My rv is very plug and play. However I did notice that they were improperly starting my vehicle. I made the assumption that they were professionals and knew how to start a carbureted vehicle. Big mistake! They were not giving it gas on start up and also decided it was smart to aggressively rev it up and drive it off after it had been sitting idle in the freezing cold weather for over 6 hours. I was literally laughed at when I suggested that those actions may have caused something to become out of whack. Additionally I requested not once but twice that only conventional oil be added to my motorhome. Dustin blatantly ignored my request and chose to mix synthetic 5w-30 with my conventional 10w-30. I know what my vehicle likes and it does not like synthetic. I'm pretty sure this was why my rv was smoking & smelling awful. After begging and pleading with them they agreed to take a look at the engine compartment and were able to tweak something and resolve the issue. Or so I thought. Once I left the property and turned the engine off and back on, the problem persisted. ON TOP OF THAT! I noticed a burnt rubber smell & smoke coming from my rear passenger side tires. OMFG! I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I was pretty sure that my tires were seized up and were not spinning while I was driving. I call Dustin and once again he starts gaslighting me telling me that this never happens, I'm not smelling burnt rubber I'm just smelling spilled oil that's being burned off, etc, etc. He even had the audacity to tell me to drive the vehicle back to the shop to get it looked at! Unbelievable! Clearly they had no concern for my safety because in all reality if I would have driven any further than I did, my tires would have caught on fire as well as my rv that has active propane lines. I COULD HAVE DIED! I told Dustin that he needs to send a technician to my address to get this sorted out ASAP. Dustin finally agreed to send someone and sure enough it was determined that my tires in fact were NOT spinning and adjustments had to be made. Do you think anyone even called me to apologize? No! Furthermore these people are absolute LIARS. They responded to my google review with nothing but lies talking about I didn't know the make or model of my vehicle, my muffler was hanging off with no attachments, I was treated with respect, my transmission fluid level was low, they claimed I told them that no one else wanted to work on it when in reality Elite was the first and only place I called (unfortunately). They said every hose was rotted causing major vacuum leaks. I have zero vacuum leaks...absolutely nothing they said was true. It was quite laughable to be honest. They also claimed that I had major oil leaks but it turned out to be a loose oil filter. If they were professionals they would have spotted that. But anyways it's so sad that there are businesses like this that exists. They should be ashamed of themselves.

After much searching and many conversations with shops and people getting recommendations, I finally found Elite Truck & Bus last year. They installed a new exhaust system and DOC which I needed. Flawless. Reasonably priced. Great people and great service. So this year, I saved up and had the rest of the work done which involved the pitman arm and some other parts replaced which were affecting my steering. As expected, great work and now it runs excellent. Dustin, Sonya and Mike are professional but they actually care. They mostly deal with fleets and commercial trucks, tractors, etc. so I'm really thankful that they still work on my truck, which is a big part of memories of my dad.

They respond to texts within minutes, call you back promptly, do a great job of letting you know what to expect with scheduling and costs. Ace kept us informed of potential delays (e.g., parts) and the reason. Spontaneously sent videos and photos of the work in progress and completed. In the end, completed our job weeks faster than expected AND at a lower price than expected. Our camper looks great and everything checks out repair-wise. I'm not going anywhere else in the DC metro for RV work. I strongly recommend Ace's work AND their work ethic!

We're pop-up novices, and the whole team took a couple hours out of their day to walk us through everything. We felt appreciated the entire time we were there! We had some wear and tear service work done, and the work was completed expertly and quickly - I was really impressed. I'll definitely be talking to the team at Ace again in the future!
