The hotel itself is very central to Ajijic, & just a 15 min walk away from restaurants & Lago Chapala. Mom said everything was exceptional from the cleanliness of the room/property to the great attention to detail & customer service of the staff members. It has most of the amenities, running water, hot water, tv with cable and WiFi( a bit ifie but works). The lady who takes care of the place is super nice and helpful. It is very close to the main city itself, mins away from an OXXO which is like a 7/11 in the states.
