There are constant bugs and pest control doesn't seem to kill anything. So lots of roaches that have come unto the ceiling and you can't leave anything out cause the ants get to it. On top of that we have this strict unforgiving inconsiderate landlord that loves to be passive aggressive and loves to leave notices on the door will tag your apartment door if your late and even if you have a flat tire she'll tag it as well. And Since all the covid they have locked their gym, their pool and still requiring we pay full rent while these amenities are not being used. How is that fair. Well it's not. It's the very reason why people go insane when they can't live normally and they take away the things that should be luxury here while other apartment complexes are operating at full capacity. Unfair if you can rent somewhere else do so. Only reason why we stay here is that we have a lot of belongings here that even if our landlord tried to evict us good luck hauling all our stuff out of here cause we got at least a weeks work of stuff to move out but we have never been late so don't need to worry about that. But she does charge late fees for being a day late on rent and is not understanding when it comes to waiting to cash a check. She tries to control the tenants here and that's why the apartment complex always becomes empty because a lot of people don't like her including friends from work who have complained about the same issues I've complained about. The reviews on google speak volumes and she'll try to charge fees when you move out such as cleaning fees. I'll be glad the day we find somewhere else suitable for us to live and that don't punish tenants for paying THEIR RENT ON TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!…read more Problem one: When I had live here I contacted the police so many times of loose dogs coming and attacking me and my pups when I was walking around the complex with my pups who are on leashes just to find out the loose dogs are from the residents that live there on the complex to and when I ask the office for apartment numbers and names cause their dogs were out attacking others and I needed them to pay for ER vet bills for my pups they refuse to give it out Problem two: These people will seriously not contact you about debt collection or anything they will literally try to hide things from you to steal money. Right now my husband is currently going through a lot with this situation we had moved out of landing of 6th 2023 he paid extra and he had paid for a party of cleaning crew to clean the apartment we moved out of and he got the approval from the front office they did walk in and everything. Just to find out from debt collectors that they are wanting 240$ from us after two years we do not live there anymore we do not owe a dime to them we did our part and more so yeah also their apartment carpets are not good and some of their toilets don't work:(

You would think that alone would suffice saying HOWEVER…read more1) she tried to say we brought them with us, it was the second night we were there! 2)exterminator confirmed bed bugs and they were there before we got there. 3) would not consider a refund- "it's a lot of money to lose, I have a business to run" 4) had to get a hotel for 5 nights- would not pay for the hotel- only what we were paying her a day. 5) we had to buy our own breakfast, lunch and dinner, with no help from her (place had a kitchen with a stove- so we could save money on eating out). 6. had to wash ALL of our clothes as I had already unpacked everything). 8. gave us a place (5 days later) RIGHT BELOW the apartment we were staying in! We had no choice as we did not have the money to stay in another place for 6 weeks.
