On the plus side, you can probably find what you need there - at either end of the spectrum, without breaking the bank. On the minus side, they don't have a ton of elegant, high-quality costumes - many are better-than-Halloween-store quality, but not by much. It's a little like the Tardis - it goes back deeper than it seems. Service is quite nice and rather German - at first a bit curt (whether you can go behind counters) and sporadically superattentive until they're on break. But they're very sweet and helpful and affordable and overall, a good choice in a city without a lot of good choices.

Whether it was with a restaurant reservation, or a newspaper, or insights on where & how to get around their Hauptstadt of Berlin. They excelled at service. Also, their prime location, next to the U-Bahn Potsdamer station, makes it a key jumping off point for whatever/where-ever you want to go and do.... Charlottenburg, Kaufhaus (KaDeWa), the Eastern Gallery, or even the Brandenburger Berlin Flughafen are all within a convenient U-Bahn ride from here. Spacious room with all the amenities needed. Restaurant is down in the basement (abit hard to find but eventually found it).
