There is no shortage of options in the downtown Lima area, which surprised us. After scouring the we sites, pictures, and reviews, we landed solidly on Vibe Coffeehouse & Cafe. The deciding factor? They roast their own beans. I may sound dramatic with this next statement,but I promise - there's no drama. I had the best and truest flat white I've ever had in America. Nope, not kidding. Nope, not a dramatic statement. I only speak the truth. I'm not a massive world traveler, but this flat white rivals those I've had in Denmark, Sweden, and Ireland. It's great quality and I was sad when I had my last sip as the car rolled through Cincinnati. The breakfast sandwich wasn't quite as epic an experience, yet it was exactly what I wanted and needed to start the next day of travel. I had the turkey sausage, egg, and swiss cheese breakfast on a croissant. Not greasy and I'm still sated 3 hours later. Nice job! For those who live in Lima, you're so lucky to have this gem in your backyard. For those traveling through, get off the 75 and take the time to drive 2ish miles - Vibe is worth it and you are, too!

My husband enjoyed his breakfast bowl. My avocado toast was excellent. Scrambled egg was nicely cooked and it was affordable. The entire meal was maybe 18 bucks. Very affordable What is nice about this place is it really is community centric. Most everything they sell seems to be local or Ohio made.
