The procedure was not completed at one point she even slapped my son My son keeps saying why don't they put me to sleep and do the procedure Doctor didnot mentioned anything about doing it the right way i's putting it to sleep When child resistance they used a lot of force at one point I made a video I will put it up on YouTube with their store name . And so they rescheduled me for several weeks later but my teeth were in alot of pain for several weeks. Finally when they eventually operated, they practiced on the wrong tooth. And so I asked for the old x-rays and the new ones and they wouldn't give them up until I got a lawyer to call them. Don't go there if you know what's good for you. They don't even deserve a one star. I wouldnt even go there if it was 100 percent fully covered by my benefits. Terrible.

So my daughter has been Dr. Cross's patient-we had seen him once free of charge last year and then never needed to come here again. So this time around after visiting the Orthodontist the decision made was 4 teeth extraction for improving crowding. My daughter went in this afternoon and the front staff greeted us took all our insurance info sent in all the direct billing for us-we pay upfront and the they direct bill for us and we receive the check that's how they work. Baby A. was taken inside in a timely manner and Patricia our dental assistant made her feel so so comfortable.She briefed us with the procedure and Dr. Cross soon came in and made A. at easy securing her the 4 shots won't feel and the extraction would feel nothing but a tug and pressure. All this was done within an hours time-Patrica constantly held my daughters hand and patted on her held she felt so so nice she just told me and Dr. Cross obviously did a great job keeping A. engaged with his short conversations.He is very experienced and gentle. This clinic is super clean-modern-lots of staff and lots of parking.Its situated in the Milton mall by Lowes. St Andrews is now a large operation with many employees and attitude. Dentists come and go here as do assistants. Often quite young ones still clinging to their grade 10 behaviour. Big rush here, don't hesitate when dentist asks you a question or he may be gone. I called to make an appointment to have a tooth fixed. Was told no. Debated for several minutes with the female voice till she passed me to another woman. The debate renewed. Finally she conned me by saying they would do both procedures (measuring my gums then fixing my tooth). I agreed, she laughed. Should have known right then. I arrived, dentist, not my regular one poked and prodded for awhile calling out numbers to his assistant. Then he said we are done. I said well now you are going to fix my tooth right. His answer "no I am not." He walked. Charged me $174. Days later I asked for my records, the very young "girl" at front desk refused. Have not been back. All this was several years ago.

He'd have to follow up so many times to get an appointment, he'd arrive and they'd ask him what they're doing that visit without looking at his chart, and they didn't advise him properly on the expensive trays that he discarded and now is going to cost him $600 to replace. They didn't seem to care or take responsibility. He transferred to a new dentist who said there was glue left all over his teeth from the Invisalign. Would NOT recommend due to the poor customer service as well as the poor dental care. The dentist is close to retirement and seems to have checked out. Very limited hours.

I asked my mother and called her dentist and they couldn't see me right away. However they referred me to Dentistry on Jamieson. I called after hrs and left a message. The very next morning (a Saturday) I received a call from Jess and I was in, right away. Jess' directions were clear and the location was easy to find. I walked into a clean lined office of calmness which was needed cause I was a little apprehensive. I even noticed they have iPads for the kids. I was greeted warmly and after filling in a easy new patient form I was promptly brought into the examination room by Justine and she filled me in on X-rays and what they were going to do. The new office boasted state of the art new equipment including a panoramic X-ray that was so easy and my favorite the flat screen tv to distract me from what was about to happen in my mouth. Now I have avoided dentists like the plague after some harrowing experiences with 2 separate dentist. Dr. Asi came in and had a calm confidence about him and he put me to ease right away. He reviewed my urgent issues and brought up some new findings. His knowledge and communication with me was excellent as he explained everything clearly and answered all my questions and put my concerns to rest. Now was the time for the broken tooth extraction. Remember my dislike for this whole process. Dr. Asi's gentle approach and technique was amazing. I hardly felt anything and before I knew it, it was all over. Now for what could be the painful part - the cost. I don't have any dental coverage so everything is out of pocket. This part was just as gentle as the procedure. Dr. Asi's rates are the most reasonable out there. A great dentist with great rates, I am returning to get the other issues and recommendations taken care of. From the initial walk in, to meeting the great staff and a talented doctor it was the best dentist visit in my life. I was pleasantly relieved that it worked out that way. Being that I'm from Alabama and not knowing the area they made me feel so welcomed. The receptionist always greeted me with a smile and every time I would called she answered like she was waiting on my call. A really nice women. As for my chiropractor (Dr. Alicia Castelhano) I could spend the next three days explain the lengths that she went through for me. She listened to each one of my issues and where i was thinking that the pain derived from. She made sure is was a comfortable and that it was as painless as possible. She even emailed me stretches that I could do on my own if my pain started acting up again. I've never met another chiropractor that went through what she did to help me with my pain. And that's here in Canada and back home in Alabama. She even asked for my chiropractors information so she could reach out to make sure that he stays on the same regiment as she began to try and correct my issues.
