Was told that their guy (Rex) tried calling us, but had the wrong number. They gave me Rex's cell #, so I called him to find out what was going on. He said he was out to our house, but didn't think it was the right house because (a) he saw that we currently have HVAC (b) there were vehicles in our driveway and (c) he couldn't find the house number. Side note: There is an address marker at the edge of our driveway near the street. He said he sat in our driveway and tried to call us, but had the wrong number. So he left. Never came to the door and knocked to see if it was the right place. He simply left. He then asked if I wanted to reschedule for the next day. Absolutely not. I then called back to the main office to see if they had anyone else available to come out. They didn't. The lady I spoke with also didn't seem to be the least bit concerned with the fact that they just lost a job because of pure laziness. I'm looking to do a full HVAC replacement and upgrade. If their employees are too lazy to get out of their car and knock on my door, then I don't want them going anywhere near my HVAC. I'll happily give this project and my money to literally anyone who is motivated enough to get out of their car and knock on my door. That's how low the bar is and Rex still couldn't clear it.

GG's Electric responded within an hour and came out to my home that afternoon to look at the issue and gave me a quote at no charge. We had a generator to get us through until Monday which saved us some money. On Monday morning the work to replace the panel began. The electricity was back up and running in my home by Monday afternoon. GG's Electric was professional during the entire process and the price was more than fair.
