I booked a cleaning with this business, talked to the owner on the phone and got a quote for $60 an hour for 3 hours. The first thing that went wrong was they booked it for the wrong day, they then corrected to the right day after I caught the mistake. The second thing was the cleaners came over an hour and a half late with no communication that they would be late. The third was that the owner had given me an estimate that it would cost $60 an hour and probably take 3hrs, meaning $180, I confirmed this pricing with the cleaners when they got there as well. But then I got their invoice and it was $400. I contacted the owner to ask why the invoice was over double what we had agreed on and was told then that it was $60 per cleaner and they had sent two. None of this was disclosed before hand. Then he continued with condescending messages about how he had never "agreed on a price" that it was just an "estimate given the description provided."
