Wonderful bakery and great service, can't go wrong with their white cream strawberry cake or their chocolate cakes.

Rounding out the second half of a UYE, a few of us came in to Vincent Bakery on a Sunday night to enjoy dessert after dinner. While i've been to several bakeries, i've never been to any of the Vincent Bakery Cafe Locations. When you walk in, you're greeted with a really nice display of cakes, pastries, macaroons and all sorts of cookies/breads that all look pretty delicious. A very cool thing about Vincent Bakery (at least this location) is near the cash register, they offer you plenty of samples to try from. It's actually quite generous the amount of samples they have, and they're all still fresh. Very cool! I was all over the place with my orders, but I decided on one large dark chocolate chip cookie ($2.99) and 4 macaroons (($1.99 per macaroon) they threw in one macaroon for free. Thanks guys!!) Of the four macaroons, I got orange, lemon, green tea and vanilla, but I only tried the orange and green tea. The green tea, I can't lie, tasted a little stale...not really crispy on the outside, kinda dense and not a favorite of mine. The orange macaroon on the other hand, was phenomenal, burst with orange and cream flavors, and i'm sad I didn't buy another. I was told the lemon and vanilla flavors were both really good. The chocolate chip cookie was more crunchy than i'd have liked, but the large chocolate chip chunks were a nice touch. The interior of Vincent Bakery was clean, open, and there were several tables around to choose from. Customer service was also nice, informative, and a generally happy bunch, in spite of all the yelpers in their store taking photos of everything. The bathroom lights are off, and don't have the traditional light switch when you come in (the switch goes from left to right, not from down to up), so check my photo so you're not in the bathroom in the dark with your phone trying to find the switch! Located off of medlock bridge road and literally a few steps away from Tofu kitchen, it rests in a restaurant strip with a shared lot, that typically isn't full. Getting in and out of the lot is no problem at all. For my first outing, I enjoyed Vincent Bakery cafe. They did stumble on the green tea macaroon, but they finished strong on the others, and if/whenever i'm back in the John's creek area, i'll swing by. read more

This bakery is always a solid choice when in the Johns Creek area. It's located right off of Medlock Bridge Rd, across the street from the Super H-Mart in Johns Creek. The cafe is in the same shopping center as Abbott's Bar & Grill and the F2O. Their baked goods are super fresh and always well displayed. I'm a huge fan of their mocha bubble teas, macarons, and assortment of random baked goods. They've managed to always keep their cafe super clean and tidy. Love their plush chairs and tables. It's a great place to meet up with friends and also if you're looking for cozy wifi spot, their cafe is ideal. Their staff is always friendly and courteous. If you're in the Johns Creek area and want to pick up some unique Korean baked goods and a great cup of joe, this is your spot! read more

The people at this location seem really nice! I came in here after my lovely pho dinner and even around 8pm they still had a good selection of bread! Now I don't eat much bread because of my intolerance but there is one thing that the gluten free community have not mastered yet and that is castella bread! No gluten free place has it and that's the only bread I crave! So I tried theirs and it wasn't too bad! They have this steamed bread for 3.75. It's white and looks like a castella but it's soooooo much better! It's the white fluffy parts of those big dumplings but with nothing inside! The only place I know that has it and the only thing I would go back for! So if you're in the area; try out their bread! It's not as bad as I thought it would be! Maybe next time I'll stop by for a coffee! read more

I can only comment on their cake... My friend surprised me on my birthday with a strawberry white chocolate cake from this bakery (lucky guess... strawberry is my favorite!). It was super cute and really tasty. I enjoy Asian desserts once in a while because it's not too sweet and you don't feel like a terrible human being (jk) after you eat a slice, or two. Even though I had a slightly upset stomach I was still able to enjoy a small piece. Also, I'd imagine that they recycle the cake boxes. There's a sticker that says if you bring the box back in, you get 20% off of another cake (the same size). It's a win-win! More cake + save money. I will say that their hours of operation should be updated on Google. We went in a little after 10pm, thinking they'd be open another hour. The lady that works there was super nice about it but informed us that if we wanted to order we should do so soon. She then told us they were closing in 10 minutes (with a smile on her face). It looks cozy on the inside and they have a pretty good variety of beverages and drinks. I'll probably go back in the near future. read more

I'll give them two stars for having seats available for our party of 6 to celebrate my mother in laws birthday but their customer service was whack. We came in here at 9:00pm and ordered shaved ice - it's really nothing to rave about .. But it's something refreshing to have other than ice cream. My sister in law and I wanted to try their macaroons but what a bust. I got the green tea one and it was ice cold. I've had macaroons from Laduree but I love giving other places a chance, but what a waste of money. They're only $1.75 here but no wonder - you can't even bite into it without hurting your teeth. I could literally take the macaroon and slam it on the table and it won't break. I decided to ask the girl at the front for a new one hoping I got one that wasn't right, and she did but she also wanted to remind me that they closed at 10:00pm.. Pretty rude if you ask me. It was 9:00pm - I get that you want to leave and don't want to be here but really? It's clean. There's parking. It's empty. Pretty cheap. But it is nothing special. read more

Great place to hold meetings. Generally quiet and very clean. But, as with any Korean bakery, when you to, do not expect any type of going-out-of-the-way-for-you service. Their cookies were quite delicious and their Americano was pretty good too. read more

What I had: brownie hazelnut truffle banana truffle coffee macaron What I thought: brownie - best of the 4, fudgy inside, crumbly on the outside. Only negative - I'm pretty sure it was at least 2 days old and I imagine on day 1 it would be pretty awesome hazelnut truffle - the candied hazelnuts on the outside were not what I expected, but I love nuts and prefer them to not be candied. Not a deal-breaker, though. The chocolate was ok, but the truffle was very small and over-priced at $1.50 (for the size) banana truffle - I like banana a lot, so I was curious about this truffle. The texture of the banana chocolate inside was similar to a super ripe mashed banana with some chocolate in it. Not to say that's bad - it wasn't BAD...it was just a little...ummm...slimy maybe? It wasn't what I expected, but again - not bad. coffee macaron - horrible. I guess this is why the French wish people would leave their macarons alone. It was soft on the outside and mushy-like. My friend had the blueberry one and we both spit them out. They were that bad. The positives: it's really cute inside and they stay open until 10 during the week, so it's a great place to go when you don't want a date to end after eating at Le Mekong (which you should!). There are a few tables outside and plenty inside. I liked the atmosphere (despite the fact that it was empty when we got there...or maybe BECAUSE it was empty) and the pastry cases were nicely arranged. read more

Ordered a large Ginger Tea around Noon today 2/16/23. The order taker gave me a sweet ginger tea. When asked why it is so sweet, she replied "it's honey ginger tea." I did not return the tea and just merely asked her to warn future customers that the tea is sweet as some people like me do not/can not like/drink sweet teas. Instead of say something like "I am sorry for the sweet tea." She argued with me that if I order some other the types of tea, it would not be that sweet. I asked her "how would I know which teas are sweet or which aren't sweet?" Again, instead of saying "Sorry for the misunderstanding or something." She ignored my plea. So I returned the tea. Again, without a word of "acknowledging a problem or anything", she just quietly placed the money I paid on the counter in front of me as if like "go away." I did not take the money and just walked out of the store. Very poor customer service and rude to customer encounter today. read more

This quaint little pastry shop is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Johns Creek! Thanks to my fellow Yelpers, I followed their suggestion and visited the bakery to pick up dessert on my way home. The service was impressive. The two young ladies behind the counter were extremely friendly and eager to help me choose the perfect dessert. I ordered the Mocha Macaroon which was out of this world; moist, tasty, and not too sweet. I also ordered the Vanilla Macaroon which was equally as delicious - crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Finally, I ordered the Vanilla Cream Cake slice to go - it was moist with fresh icing and fresh peaches in the middle. Very unique and equally as tasty. The sweetest thing was that one of the young ladies threw in a complimentary Green Tea Macaroon. I had asked her what it tasted like prior to choosing my dessert items and since she was not able to describe it as more than "it tastes like green tea" (we both laughed at her answer), she decided to give me one to try. I live out of state but wanted to send my son a collection of baked treats for his birthday. He works at a business near this cafe and goes there frequently. I called on a busy Saturday morning and received the most excellent and patient customer service! I can't attest to the food myself, but I know from my son's frequent visits that it's delicious! I came here on a week night to have coffee date with a friend. Vincent Bakery has pretty much everything most Korean cafes have: coffee, bread, cakes, desserts and even bubble tea and shaved ice. I just had a regular hot coffee. While it was good, I realized once I got to the bottom that this might have been instant coffee and was not brewed. Ok, that's fine. Because really, I know I'm buying a coffee to hang out at the cafe. There are plenty of tables at the cafe, but I felt that it wasn't that intimate of a setting. The chairs/tables seem a bit low to the ground and weren't the most comfortable seats I've ever sat in. Even when sitting across from my friend, I felt far away from him. Granted we were one of few people sitting inside the cafe, I couldn't help but feel that if there were more people there, that people could easily eavesdrop on our conversation. At least at other cafes I've been to, the seats are closer, the tables are farther apart and if you're lucky, you can find a booth that doesn't let your voice carry through the cafe. I wish I had a chance to try the macaron, but this leaves me more reason to come back to actually try their baked goods. I'll admit that I like this place more than your run-of-the-mill Starbucks (and Vincent actually stays open later) but there are many other cafes that are better even in Johns Creek. read more

My hubby passed by this bakery yesterday and he got me a birthday cake. Appearance wise, their cakes look so elegant and cute. Taste wise, we had the chocolate cake and it was amazing. I like that is not too sweet and the texture is soft and not heavy. It's just right for my taste! He bought a small one just for the family and it cost him $26. I believe the price is worth it. The best macaroons I have ever had! They bake everything on site and it is absolutely fresh, delicious and gorgeous presentation with all their desserts. They also serve bubble teas, smoothies, coffee, hot teas and more. I go out of my way just to come here for the macaroons though! I didn't know about this location, as I had only been to the Pleasant Hill location. Stopped by with my pops one afternoon and was greeted by a sweet young girl at the register. I got this loaf of sweet bread with blueberry cream stuffed in between the slices and these buns with strawberry cream in the center. I also grabbed some of the little cream cheese-stuffed buns. The first two things that I listed were absolutely delicious, just the right amount of sweetness with wonderfully decadent fruit cream in the middle. The cream cheese things that I got were not as good as some other ones that I tried at a competitor on BuHi. Due to this bakery's location and the great customer service that I received, I would definitely return to satisfy the sugar cravings that I get about every 5 seconds. read more

This is a small bakery with limited selection. There was only one employee working when I got there and maybe 5 tables of people lounging there. The selection of cakes is good, but you don't have many pastries to chose from like other bakeries in the area. I chose a Tiramisu slice and also a mocha slice. Both were delicious and I would order them again. If they had one more case solely for pastries this place would be a 5star. Something to take note of is their outdoor patio seating, which can be nice to have coffee and a sweet at during a warm evening. read more

The bread ranges from great to OK. The atmosphere is very nice. The prices are a tad high for what you're actually getting. That would be OK if the bread was always great, and the service was always great, but in the few times I've actually bought something, I picked one item out of the discount bowl at the register, and was charged full price for it. The next time I was there, I asked and they remembered me and a conversation I had with them about the bread I bought because it was a bread I'd never had before that they didn't know how to describe. The bread cost $2.50, and was basically four bites. Coming out of the discount bowl it should've been a $1.25. One the next visit I was buying a piece of sausage bread for three dollars, and I mention I'd been overcharged by $1.25 the last time, and they just laughed. Personally I prefer both the taste and the quality of service of the White Windmill bakery across the street, but I'm perfectly willing to come over here when the White Windmill is out of what I'm looking for. read more

This is my favorite Korean bakery in the metro Atlanta area. They have another location in Duluth that I also love immensely. They have a good variety of breads and pastries. IMO, I think their bread is the tastiest out of everyone. But I will say that their cakes are not the best. (Hansel & Gretel have the best cakes hands down.) The bubble tea here is done much better than other Korean bakeries I've tried. For the best bubble teas, go when Elise or Soohyun are working. All the taro bubble teas I've had made by one of these ladies has been on point. Their paht-bing-soo (shaved ice) is really great here as well. They don't skimp on the toppings. I've even seen many people take the paht-bing-soo to-go. The decor and ambiance is very nice. I love coming here and having long conversations with friends. Another huge plus is that Vincent's prices are lower than the other Korean bakeries. All in all, I love it here and will stop by often! read more

We got the raspberry-filled buns, and wow is all I can say. My boyfriend and I almost finished the whole thing right there at the bakery (and the portion size is much larger than what 2 people should eat!) Their mocha bread was pretty good, although I like the bread that is filled with a mocha cream better. This one had no cream, just mocha flavoring. We also got some of the milk bread as well, which is a little plain but still the "milk cream" was light and tasty. Vincent Bakery is a Korean bakery located in John's Creek right across from H-mart and next to Fresh2Order. There is a small but great selection of baked breads and cookies, and a display full of large macarongs (that's how they spell it haha). If I'm in the area eating at Le Mekong next door, we'll often walk over to Vincent's Bakery to either pick up some breakfast breads for the week or grab a snack/drink for a post-lunch dessert. They have a container of samples, which I love to try when paying for my purchases. However, they lean towards the pricier side of Asian bakeries in ATL (probably because they are located in the suburbs), so unless I'm literally right next door, then I won't go out of my way to come to Vincent's. read more

Cozy, calming Asian themed coffee shop and bakery, the house coffee was fresh and they've got baked goods from mochi to cheesecake to cookies. There's soft classical music playing through the wide open space filled with earthy tones and bamboo. I came on a Saturday afternoon to get some work done like the millennial trash I am, and the atmosphere was calm enough that I didn't even need headphones to drown out my internal torment. I am currently attending college and when I need some place to quietly study, while grabbing something to drink and eat, I always find myself coming to Vincent Bakery! I think their drinks are fairly simple, from the coffee being good to their smoothies. I also like their sausage bread and the chocolate fresh cake - and their other breads/snacks are very good too! More than anything, I was happy that the service is very good - the girls that work their are very nice and they will definitely help you choose the right dessert that you want. Also, they are so friendly when you walk into the cafe, they immedietly greet you and assist you right away! I had been passing thru this bakery every day and I decided to give it a try . Upon entering I had no greeting , there were two people in the counter and walked to the cakes . I had to ask them to attend me I ordered two cakes and immediately they gave me a total , I said I'm not finished I asked if they could help me with a sponge cake and she pointed it from behind the counter . They were not rude but more careless and unprofessional. Once I got everything that looked eatable I watched how my cakes each over $5 dollars got squeeze in a container , making it not pleasant for the eye . I was taking this to my family and it was not presentable. I decided to wait on my review based on taste , they were good but not great . I did love the pound cake with blueberry filling . But mostly the the -2 stars was because I felt very unwelcome . I do not wish to go back because the way I was treated. read more

I've gone to my fair share of Asian bakeries, and this one is quite similar to the rest. They offer a variety of breads, but nothing that you wouldn't be able to find at Mozart's Bakery or most other Asian bakeries. Their drinks are simple as well, and slightly overpriced in comparison to some other places. The cakes are typical Asian style cakes (not very sweet with light icing) and taste great, especially if you can't stand extremely sweet things. Food aside, this location is great for studying. There are rarely large parties here, and they have always had seating every time I've gone to visit. read more
