I have lived here for years since the new ownership took over and the pizza and food is horrible it will make you sick...they forgot to include mozzarella on a sandwich i ordered and the woman i spoke with who is manager told me she didn't care and told me she wouldn't provide a replacement or a refund and told me to "screw off". i have lived in 4 countries on 3 continents and they are the rudest people i have ever delt with in my life in any country and i got really sick from their food !!! avoid!!! read more

I've ordered from here PLENTY of times so I feel like my review is well thought out. I try not to write bad reviews of places I'll probably end up ordering from again, but this...this is something else. I ordered a "California wrap". I had no idea what a California wrap was so I looked it up and it says the usual "healthy chicken wrap with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese". What I received, was a disaster. All it had was chicken and American cheese. I even put in the comments section "just no American cheese" and that's exactly what I received. Now American cheese could be the end if the world for me but actually eating into this wrap, it got worse. The chicken was hard and chewy. Not the overcooked hard and chewy but the severely undercooked "medium rare" chicken. I wouldn't even give this to my dog. My stomach has been hurting for the past hour. I'm only here to rate the pizza, as it's all I've had. This place is right near my vet's office so I stopped in at 3 pm to grab two plain slices to go. They were delicious! Flavors were on point. Bread/crust was a perfectly soft consistency with a slight crunch. Best $5 lunch you can find. read more

I was a regular customer. My order today was underwhelming. The chicken cutlet was so small it wouldn't pass as a child's meal. I dislike when restaurants gyp you on online/delivery just because they know they can get away with skimping. I called and they apologized but that isn't going to help with dinner. Now I have to cook defeating the purpose. The pizza slice was $5 and it wasn't fresh. It was old and reheated and hard and crunchy. Came here recently on a Monday because I didn't realize Joe and Anthony's was closed that day. I hadn't eaten here in years and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was very flavorful and not too thin. The price I found to also be reasonable. I also loved the buy 10 pizzas get one free card, definitely makes me interested in the possibility of coming back. I still like Joe and Anthony's the best in Mt. Olive but was definitely pleasantly surprised by the food quality here. Just wish the staff was a little more friendly too. read more

Ordered from Vincenzo's tonight, and it was excellent! Well priced, good portion sizes, and great taste (Their sauce is very good!)! We haven't tried their pizza yet, but we have ordered their shrimp parm and eggplant parm meals--they were great! We've been having trouble finding a good Italian place in the area, and I am so thankful that we finally found one! Can't wait to order again! My only recommendation is to update the menu online/website. It was hard to find an updated menu! Regardless, we will be back! read more

This is a sad review. I am a 18 year customer. Vinny was a great guy and his food was awesome. That said.... he retired again and it shows already. Placed an order for 2 pies to pick up. They made one. When I arrived, no one seemed to care. No apology just simply said " I made one". Waited 20 minutes for the other pie. No sorry and no one even bothered to say thank you They certainly had time to scratch all the lottery tickets behind the counter Well, good luck " new owners" , hope you win big on a scratch off. With this type of customer service , you will need a big win to stay in business I will never be back. Now that the ownership has chosen to respond , I will further my comments I was in no way rude or crude. I simply said " this is not a good sign" that is everything I said. Food is decent. Nothing above average. They would get 3 stars if I was not required to wait an extra 10 minutes after the time they told me my food would be finished. Every time it's "10 to 15" and I have yet to get my order in less than 25 to 30. This is pickup not delivery. read more

There are a lot of pizza places in Budd Lake, and I think this is the best one. They recently changed owners (back to the original owner), and the pizza is a little less greasy. Wings are pretty good too. read more

This is really a take out place but they do have in house seating. We order here all the time and the pizza is amazing. We also order the Stromboli or the vodka pasta and both are very tasty.
