Not…read moreonly is he not empathetic, but he's unavailable for any kind of discussion prior to the hearing. We were very nervous for our first court hearing we asked him to give us a call since we had questions prior to the hearing and he never responded. We wrote a detailed reply to the motion that was submitted in court and he didn't even bother reading our stance on the matter. The only time he was able to meet with us was 15 mins before the hearing to in which he stepped out of our meeting 3 times to deal with other cases. Couldn't care less what we had to say and sided with youth protection. When the case worker was clearly lying under oath, he didn't say a word or even challenge her testimony. We should have fired him on the spot!! He is to be avoided like the plague!!
