Dr. Green is a dentist one will NEVER trust after having foolishly done so previously. He caused extreme physical and mental harm that hasn't ended years later, which essentially cost $1000's to correct his incompetent work. He turned my previous review into a lie and instilled a complete lack of trust for all dentists. My worst dental Experience ever! I went in for a cleaning and was told by Dr. Kapadia that I had an old Crown (25 years) that he recommended I replace. I agreed to have it replaced. After 6 months of Dr Kapadia failing to perform the service I paid for I am now going to another dentist to have a crown put in. I was left with the nerves exposed on the tooth and in severe pain. To add insult to that, when I asked for a refund I received an email from Dr Kapadia's attorney offering $800. That is only a portion of what I paid. I've had 3 dental visits at this office. The first two went well, a crown which needed to be replaced and a teeth cleaning using delta dental insurance. My ratings is for my 3rd visit, which was not great. I paid out of pocket because my short term insurance did not cover any cost. I'm fine paying out of pocket. However my complaint is that I called my dental office to tell them about my new insurance and asked if it will cover 3-4 days ahead. I did not receive a call back. The day of, I called in anticipation to cancel my appointment and decided what the heck, I'm due for a teeth cleaning even if I pay out of pocket. I told the front desk that no one called me about my inquiry of whether my short term insurance will cover (AFSLIC Merit STM/Health Insurance Innovation) (of tangent nothing to do with this business, but this is a horrible Short term insurance plan at ~$140/mth save yourself the money doesn't cover health/dental cost like they claimed). They said their system was being switched over, when I showed up the day of. The lady cleaning my teeth pretty much picked my teeth with the metal hook (sickle probe) and she stated she used the dental toothbrush (polisher) to clean my teeth. I didn't feel the grittiness from the toothpaste or the toothpaste being applied. When I stated it to the dentist she said she could clean my teeth again and showed me to tool. At this point, my patients for the customer care was not like prior experience. Bad experience from when I called to the day of the appointment when I inquired about my insurance. I've gotten my teeth clean in other offices in Seattle and San Francisco and the procedure in comparison felt far from getting your teeth cleaned. I walked out the door with x-ray, teeth being picked at for plaque, and polisher with no polish (this is what it felt like) to rear side teeth for $130. I don't taste any toothpaste so I'm unaware of any new technology that has my tooth clean with the polisher without paste. $125 out of pocket for 15 minutes of "cleaning" by the dental assistant as described above. read more

I have lived in the area for about a year and was looking for a good dentist, though I have super crappy insurance, apparently. Dr. Green was great. He and his staff did a very thorough job on my teeth and I came back and got a root canal and crown about a month later. No problems to date and none expected (it's been about a month). The office is lovely and the staff are nice and the crowns are done in house so you don't have to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dentist. Holly (the receptionist) has no professional etiquette. Rude! As a new client, she said I wasn't in the system and couldn't help me. (The day before, I provided her my insurance which she made a copy of and gave her my information) I still made an appointment and further reasearch on her end. (Benefit of the doubt) Weeks later I call (4xs) to pay my bill, no one answers so I leave a voicemail at 4:28pm (they close at 6). I call back at 4:47; Holly answers I specifically tell her that I left a voicemail and was expecting a call, she reads back my number and tells me that they are getting ready to close and she was going to get around to call me later. As I am on the phone, she clearly talks to the girls around her having a conversation (consistently) she tells me my balance and I provide her my card number, She says it didn't go through when I hadn't finished reading out my number. (Still having conversations with others and laughing) As a 1st time client, I will never return and will pass the word of mouth of how unprofessional she is as the face of the company. read more

Trey, the head dentist: "You better get a good job so you can have insurance to pay for your teeth." He'd just opened his practice when I went, and I assume he was using the scare tactics to help boost procedures and pay down his debt. He also cut my mouth twice while repairing cavities, once on my tongue and once on my inside cheek. His assistant also incorrectly made a mold of my teeth for whitening, so it had to be done again. To top it off, he didn't close the gap on a cavity correctly, so the pain did not subside and it left the tooth still vulnerable to further decay.
