They took no accountability for their mistake and blamed it on a new, untrained employee. Apparently their customers/victims have to pay the price, literally and figuratively. They have my hard earned $87 and nothing to show for it. They'll pay for it in the end. Companies who do business like this will always crumble. Its more like Unchic River Mafia. They didn't issue a review until I filed a complaint with Affirm over a month after they received their incorrect, substandard products back. Been here a few times so far. The smells and aromas are out of this world. They mainly cater to…read morewomen, which makes sense, but they have some of the best stuff for guys in there. I've found my new favorite cologne! The prices can be a bit steep when you want to buy a lot, but it's not TOO bad if you compare it to other brands of smell good items. They also have deals often and can send coupons and what not. The staff is very very friendly, but sometimes it can get annoying when 4 people ask you the same thing a few minutes after each other, nothing serious though, I just smile and say thank you and keep moving. I definitely will come back and get more stuff to keep smelling fresh!
