The food was good, I had the mainau fish platter - the portion was enough and it was prepared in a fine way. The service was friendly and seemed welcoming. Well, there was nothing to complain, but there was also no wow-effect, nor for the location or the food. It was just GOOD, thats why I would give only 3 stars because I guess my expectations were set very high as the island is promoted as one of the nicest places to visit there. Well.
