if i could give this a lower score i most definitely would. I booked this limo services for monday may 22 to come and pick up my son ( who has downsyndrom) and three of his friends All with special needs and two parents , take them to the toronto airport. This was a very long awaited trip on a disney cruise. All these young adults had saved their own money for this trip. the limo was suppopse to arrive at 11 am ( i have the confirmation) at 11 am no limo I thought they might be running late.... No phone call no email nothing I call the number 519 221 5466 to see whats up? i am put through to somebody covering the phones? they dont know whats going then they have a dispatcher from Brampton ( who tried his best to help us out) call me with the best he could do; "it would take an hour to get to us then another hour to get to the airport in affect making these guys miss their flight!! Not a phone call not an email from the original company we booked through. We scrambled and one of the parents had a vehicle big enough to take everyone thank goodness. our group at least made their flight no thanks to this company. I sent an email to the email address i originally booked through when i finally got an answer back was told That they were terribly sorry for how this turned out. but they were down a limo do to unforeseen issues. Which i thought was funny as we weren't contacted at all from them but the Brampton dispatcher when he tried to get a hold of him was sent a text that he was driving another client and would call him later???????? ( i have a screen shot of the text.) The vip limousine service kw wanted me to call them and a chance to make this right? really how? how do you make this right i have pictures of everyone on my driveway with luggage waiting for the limo to arrive???????? the limo that never came nor any contact from the company until i sent an email. They cant even take the limo home which was originally booked as they have a car in the airport parking which they ha ve to pay for now too. I hope the other booking made you way more money. I really do as i will never recommend and will strongly say please please do not book through this company. If they can leave a group of special needs adults and their chaperones standing in the wind without even a call or email? i can understand sometimes things can happen but you didn't know at 11:05? You couldn't have called, someone couldn't have explained? no not good enough.
