So, my son made me an appt and I was looking forward to maybe what I thought was just going to be a "basic" massage. Well, I was wrong. As many know about me, I love massages and often getting anywhere up to 2-3 times per week. I'm picky. Michelle is definitely on my top 3. She not only takes the few minutes before the session to understand and get to know you, but she explains the process so thoroughly that allowed me to be open and accepting. I initially thought it would only be 90 minutes of cupping (see how ignorant I am?) but what a wave of bliss that took over me when she started massaging. I cannot explain the sensation but she uses two hands and feels like both hands are always at work. Cupping overall was a lot more pleasant than I expected, it was soaking in the feeling as if there was zero tension in my prone areas. It was such an odd but yet pleasant experience. Her price certainly does not commensurate with the outstanding massage she gives. I'll definitely be returning every single time I'm here!

Started going to Images about six months ago after the shop I had been going to for 15 years…read moreclosed. It's always tough finding a new stylist that does a good job. I had Anna take care of me and she did a very good job so I continued to go to Images. Unfortunately, that changed. I live in Eureka and work in Ely three days a week. My time is limited and very valuable so I try to get my hair cut after work before my 80 mile commute home. I made an appointment for 4pm with Anna and arrived at 4:05pm. She had someone in the chair and after ten minutes of waiting, she was done then approached me and said that she had someone else ahead of me. She probably wouldn't have been able to get to me until 4:45. She was willing to reschedule me for the next day at 4:30. Needless to say, I will never return to Images. If a stylist can't manage their jobs and respect my time, then I have no need to respect theirs. After posting on Facebook that I was looking for a new stylist in Ely, several people chimed in, including the owner of Images. She promptly apologized and said she would talk to Anna. However, that won't make me ever go back. They've lost my business for good.
