I went into this shop two days ago to look at wigs because I'm from out of town where we don't have…read morebeauty supply stores. I decided to treat myself to a wig but I had a difficultly with my card. One of the cashiers put the wig I had picked aside for me to return. It was Labor Day weekend so I expected it to maybe be returned back to the stock before I could return. I returned a couple days later and decided I still wanted the same wig. However, a different girl was helping with the wigs than before. I don't know her name nor do I want to fault her completely but there were definitely a communication issues. I asked for the color 1B, and she returned with a the color 1 and a quick weave, which I was looking for a full wig, which was what the clerk from days before also sat aside for me. I asked if this was a full wig, because the packaging wasn't the same. She said it was. I believed I had the correct wig now as I was reassured but was still somewhat skeptical. But what mostly prompted me to write this review was the clerk that was working today. I asked him politely if a wig had been sat aside, but didn't want to make a big deal out of it if it wasn't there anymore. He cut me off, and said that there is a discount on the hair piece I had in my hand. Which had nothing to do with what I asked him at all. I politely interrupted to correct him, that that was not my question. He then started saying "No, let me finish" and continued to tell me about this discount that I didn't care about and already knew about. Once again, I asked him, if the wig I had put aside was still there, and they said they didn't know what I was talking about, so I went ahead and purchased it. I immediately looked at it out of the packaging, not even removing the netting, and it is not what I asked for. Obviously I was frustrated, of course not angry, just disappointed because I asked two people already and neither listened. If employees listened to what I was trying to tell and asked, there would have been no issues. I will return the hairpiece I received as I never wore it or completely removed it from its packaging. Please, make sure your employees listen to customers next time, as it saves everyone from frustration.

The customer service here has really went downhill from the last time I visited. I went to purchase…read morebraiding hair and asked the cashier if he had a color that I was looking for in stock and without looking at the product in my hand he simply stated we don't have it, I could not find anyone else in the store for assistance. During checkout the same employee asked if everything was okay and when I responded no he simply said okay and continued his conversation with someone about a recent purchase he had made. Only two other people were I. The store shopping and based off the customer service provided I can see why.
