today I had to run a few errands in the bank and I knew there was gonna be paperwork and annoying…read morethings involved so I passed in front of the Enfield branch ( which is not my local branch ) and decided to give it a go . Professionals ! From the guy at the door called P. Maurini who kindly helped me and put my name on the waiting list ( there was quite e bit of waiting involved but I could see they were busy ) Then I was taken to a desk by an account a manager called Kayla Dahl , she was great and thorough , even tho I am a bit picky and impatient she dealt with me with very good manners and patience . Towards the end of my appointment I got to meet their branch manager quickly . I didn't have the time to check her badge name , but she s the lovely blonde lady and very helpful as well . It is a busy branch but they will deal with your issues if you give them time and if you are patient . I will be visiting this branch from now on!!!

I'd got caught in a cycle of taking out pay day loans each month and rolling them over, so they ended up huge and unmanageable. I have paid them off with my pounds to pocket loan, and whilst expensive in itself, it's nothing compared to what I was paying out in interest to Wonga et al. Plus paying it back in bite size pieces is a real god send.
