Even the cash machine located outside is located so low you have to bend to see what is going on; the light on that is bad as well makes it hard to see the screen on a sunny day. Staff are helpful though but this branch needs to relocate to a bigger location to ensure customers are not going away due to queue lengths.

I think the staff are quite able to deal with the queries but sometimes the customers have long involved enquires and don't get to the point quick enough, Maybe if the staff had more experience they move the queue quicker. The staff tend to be quite young. There is a new manager appointed in 2010 who is trying very hard to reduce the waiting time so all credit to him for that. The nearest station is either Woolwich Arsenal mainline or DLR. The picture on the entry is not right Only 3 stars on this review due to always having to wait so long.

However, the services they offer are up to standard and very good as the staff are very helpful, considerate and will give any advice needed. The queues here are actually quite long as well as in there branches and this can be a pain when you find out in the end that you never needed to queue up! They have 2 cash machines outside and sometimes these do not work which can be a real big pain!
