The restaurant is an old home decorated with antiques in a style reminiscent of Cracker Barrel; old pictures, tools, and antique gadgets fill the walls. One room is like stepping into a small country store out of the wild west. Another room has wooden fencing, saddles, and lights made of old wagon wheels.
The music ranged from traditional mariachi to a smooth big band slow dancing style. A true delight!
The food is traditional Mexican: tacos, enchiladas, and all kinds of delicious Mexican delectables, served by a friendly staff, and accompanied by a fantastic salsa!
Bathrooms are small but clean.
This is a great place for families, small groups or even a business meeting. I highly recommend Mina Vieja!
