I came in last week because I have 2 cracked teeth and pain. I have avoided the dentist as long as I could but this needed to get done. They were so patient and gentle with me as they did the exam. They gave me a thorough cleaning. They explained every bit of work I would need without any pressure to get it all done immediately. I was honestly expecting my teeth to be in a worse condition than it was. I got 2 fillings that day and made an appointment for the following week for a root canal and crown. I came in today for my root canal. The tooth had been hurting in the last couple of days since my first appointment. They ended up having to do some extra numbing to get the root canal done but they always made sure I was comfortable. After the root canal, they prepped my tooth for a crown and did a filling on another tooth. I got the same day CEREC crown. They came in an scanned my tooth, made the crown, came back to make aure it was fitting well and make adjustments, and then put the crown in. I have no more tooth pain! My jaw is a bit sore from all the work they did but it isn't anything some Advil can't take care of. Since I maxxed out my insurance for the year, I will be returning in January to get some more work done. I am so glad I found this place and I plan on sending my husband here as well.

Today was my first visit, and I went in knowing that I had big list of dental work to address. Dr Lam's diagnosis was the first one that I have found that matched the news my favorite dentist had given me years ago, before he relocated out of the area. While having my teeth cleaned, I noted that their hygenist was extremely gentle, tapping her tools to pinpoint and investigate every spot I wished she'd gloss over. Truly skilled. Yes, I know all hygenists tap teeth and investigate them, but her inspection was THOROUGH. I have read the awful reviews of getting crowns by Dr. Lam and can't help but be curious....so I shall be getting crowns next and will try to remember to report back. I do not usually leave reviews, but I was very impressed today and have to say that my experience matched Jenny B.'s.
