My son is taking summer guitar and drums. His drum group class had low enrollment and was cancelled so they upgraded him to private lessons. After his first lesson he felt amazing. Staff is great, cheerful and understanding, even loaning him a guitar during class time and offering support and feedback. I went there with no understanding of music criteria or how flexible my voice could be,but helpfully the employees there are well managed and are able to help with constructing a view on what you need to do to not only provide support for your voice but also help with teaching you the basics. It's been almost a year and I'm getting better and better. I'm always welcomed by the front desks who greet me with a smile, and I'm always helped by the owner's son. The owner is enthusiastic every time a new customer walks in and I'm always happy when I'm there. Being comfortable is what I've always needed especially with stage fright and with their open space, I've been able to gather some perks of singing when others are around. Overall the atmosphere provided is very cooperative and helpful. Thank you and I can't wait for my next lesson. read more

When my son first started there it was amazing . When his teacher left we got another person he was good but this last teacher demanded a lot of my son but he has special needs and wasn't keeping up. I brought my concerns to the director and she made promises but didn't keep them. His teacher showed constant YouTube videos and ones that used the f word. I started taking violin lessons here within the last couple of months. My experience with the ladies that operate the front desk as well as my music instructor were great. I was really enjoying my lessons here. Up until tonight, I had no complaints. I received a phone call tonight from the owner that was very bizarre. She called saying they were putting me with an instructor who is great and she observed them correcting the student and they sounded better.. I was really confused at first at what she was trying to say and asked why I was going to have a different instructor and if it was permanent? She then proceeds to speak ill of my previous instructor. First, let me say that my instructor was GREAT! I loved her. I was disappointed to not only hear she was not going to be my teacher anymore, but hear personal details from the owner that should not be revealed to customers. As a business professional, I would never speak ill of any employee to a customer. It doesn't matter if they were the most rotten employee to walk the face of the earth. It doesn't speak well of your character. She also revealed to me that this wasn't the first conversation about this instructor with customers. For me, I can't support any business that lacks character... if I can't support it, I wouldn't recommend it. My review is based solely on the lack of professional manner of the owner. Other than that, I can only attest to the two front desk girls who were always super friendly and my instructor who was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and provided great constructive feedback. I would have been open to a new instructor had I not heard the negative comments from the owner about my instructor. That alone is reason enough to take my business elsewhere. read more
