I'm a logistics manager for Amazon and I have to look presentable at all times. Given I was a long term customer to a barbershop before I decided to give Visible Changes a try. I called and set an appointment with whoever was available that day. Not knowing what to expect I walked in and immediately started looking around to see if there was a hairstyle that I wanted to try. Being that I am very picky I couldn't find a definite hairstyle. Moments past by and I hear my name being called. The stylist walked me to the back and asked if I wanted a cold bottled water and I replied no I'm okay thank you. We proceeded to the shampoo station and I received a massage/shampoo treatment before my haircut. That already had me excited for the next part. The stylist walked me to her station and immediately noticed that I had no idea what I wanted as far as a style of cut. She gave me a few recommendations and shortly after I just turned around and told her to work her magic. She proceeded to cut my hair and make conversation with me. I felt right at home as if I had been coming here for years. She gave my hair some final touches and I was done. She handed me a mirror and asked if it was okay. I told her that this was the best haircut I've ever had. After that she recommended a few products that I should use in order for my hair to be more manageable and less frizzy. Savannah Luke was beyond knowledgeable about each product and only recommended what I really needed. Fast forward a year and I am still going to her for my haircuts. In fact not only does Jasmine color my hair she's been coloring my daughters for the last ten years. We will not go anywhere else . The service is amazing. So I don't usually write reviews but I had to mention our experience here. My son is 11 and very picky with his hair, well he had a bad experience at a salon where is hair was cut too short and nothing like the way he wanted. He stopped getting his hair cut because of it for months, but his hair was so long I couldn't stand it. So I made an appointment here and just hoped for the best. He was nervous, but we told stylist what he wanted and we could not have been more happy. Ana cut his hair PERFECT! We were both smiling the rest of the day he looked so good, she even showed him how to style it to look the way he wanted. I am the type of person that sticks to having only one hair stylist. I just recently moved to the area and knew it was time for a change. I went in and was greeted professionally with a smile. After a couple of minutes waiting I had the wonderful chance of meeting Skye, she greeted me very professionally with a big smile and is great at making conversation. I admitted to her I was nervous and she told me not to worry as I was in good hands. I am very picky about how my hair is washed and she scrubbed away as some hairstylists just lather. Also she made sure the water was comfortable for me. Once we got to the haircut portion I explained exactly what I wanted. She gave me that and more! I have been going for years with Christina Delgado and I don't trust anyone but her. I have had my fair share of bad haircuts. But she is the very best there at Visible changes. I got my hair recolored from Sergio and I fell in love with my hair again. My hair used to look dry and fried from getting it done from another salon but he was able to bring back life and beautiful color. Jasmine is an artist when it comes to coloring your hair. She always discusses what your desire color and takes into account type of cut. She also educates her clients to make sure they understand any maintenance of color - washing, how often will need to return, etc. Jasmine strives to ensure her clients are happy with their hair enhancements. Great haircuts, good prices for salon work, I get my hair cut by Cody (or Kody?) who always listens. I've always been afraid of haircuts, with barbers always getting my requests wrong and leaving me upset, but since getting my hair cut by him I no longer fear a trim at all. He listens, knows what I want, works with me, and always does excellent work. My stylist was David and he did an amazing job to my hair. I had very long hair and I was getting it cut very short, to my shoulders so I was extremely nervous!
