They have a loyalty card which enables you to collect points which are then turned into cash to use on another visit. The amount of products you can use this incentive on is massive and many a time I have been able to use my points for Christmas presents. Very handy indeed. If you are a Mum you have to ask a member of staff to take you upstairs in the lift to the baby section, which can be quite a hard task and I have seen me stand there for well over ten minutes for someone to come and help me.
