It was their manager, Robbie Cammilleri, whose embarrassingly unprofessional conduct convinced me to never do business with Vision Hyundai again. Ever. So, here I am getting an oil change and inspection NOT at Vision Hyundai, and my car has some issues to the tune of $1,135.02. Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time. I spent 15 min on the phone with someone who took all my information, etc. scheduled me an appointment. Told me they would have 4 vehicles ready for me to see. I walked in and it was like that never happened. Literally, started from scratch, oh icing on the cake ? Not one of those vehicles are available. Not one. When I gave the salesman my budget, he goes you do know there's tax and fees. That was his biggest mistake, do not talk down to your customers. Avoid this dealership and service center at all costs. It's the worst customer service you can possibly receive. I bought a vehicle in the fall of 2024, upon inspection before leaving with the car it was discovered that there was a puncture in the arm rest in the back seat which looked like it was done when it was detailed. The salesperson said they would take care of it. After months and months of back and forth they said the part had been ordered and it would be replaced. When it came time to do the replacement - they instead said they were going to try and repair it and that it would look like new. It was a very poorly done repair, clearly visible. I bought a brand new vehicle, I don't think it was unreasonable to ask for the arm rest to be replaced. I still do not have a new arm rest, the sales person has stopped communicating completely. On top of that, getting a person on the phone for standard maintenance or repairs is next to impossible, you get pushed to scheduling centers that have no idea what is actually going on at the location you need. It's not worth the hassle, there are much better dealerships in the area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

After the new management took over due to "new owner(s)" this place is no longer up to any decent standards. It hasn't been the best with the previous owner(s)/management to begin with but at least they used to try to make things right, and by that I mean Dave who still works there now. He's always been helpful. However, with the new restrictions and rules by the new owner(s), it seems like Dave has less authority at Hyundai Vision now, therefore, he couldn't help me today, unfortunately. I took my car to Hyundai Vision Webster since it was bought from there with a "Life Time Free Oil Change", I've been taking my car there for a couple of years for an agreed upon (in the contract) free oil change. On the website/automatic phone system, it says that they "no longer do appointments for oil change", instead you can just show up anytime for that. They gave me an appointment about 2 weeks ago (that was the soonest, they said), after I got there today, I was shocked to know that they no longer can commit to their sale contract when they sold the car which indicates a Life Time Free Oil Change. Also, it seems like if you bought your car from there a few years ago and want an oil change, they will put it at the bottom of the list with at least 2 weeks ahead especially if you have a free oil change. When you call them, they can immediately know your car and your information before they even speak with you, so maybe try calling them from a different phone number and ask for an oil change appointment before giving them your name and car information. The other thing is that my car has a recall (for months now) and it must get fixed for free by Hyundai Vision Webster, for months now they keep saying that they don't have the parts, and they can't fix it until they "get the parts". Are you kidding me?? Hyundai vision Webster was very disappointing today. I can imagine that someone might sue them and take them to court for not committing to their contract. I won't be surprised if I hear that very soon. read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. Today I had yet another unpleasant encounter at Vision Hyundai, this time with "Big Dan" (who has a "Big Dan" sign in his office but apparently has no last name). Today, in a barrage of anger spoken loud enough for every employee and visitor to hear, he shamed me for attempting to use an "extended warranty" that was pressure-sold to me by ""Lily," who no longer works there (gee, I wonder why). It turns out that the entire thing is bogus, so plainly so that when I called the warranty company to discuss it, they claimed "we don't offer that," even though I had a contract in hand with their phone number on it stating that they do. Apparently upper management was not interested in resolving this issue, but I did get a response from Jim Hillery, president of Vision Automotive Group -- in fact, after sending him an email I received FOUR phone calls! However, they were all from salespeople at different Vision stores, each of whom tried to sell me a car. THIS is how Jim Hillery problem-solves? Let me explain something to him, his salespeople, and Big Dan: If I dropped a penny on the showroom floor, I would immediately retrieve it and put it in my pocket, because even one penny is too much for me to waste at Vision Hyundai. I've already contacted HyundaiUSA; maybe they will be successful in straightening this out whereas I was not. Caveat emptor, a lesson I learned too late. read more

The manager, Frank Sackett in collision was more than hospitable, professional and efficient. my jeep Cherokee was there for two months waiting on parts. I was so anxious to get my vehicle back. When I went to pick it up not only was my car fixed from the accident, but my car was waxed, and the interior was shined. he took the extra steps to ensure my complete satisfaction and went above and beyond with any repair shop has done for my vehicles. I am thoroughly impressed and appreciative. Thanks Frank! You're a class act; keep up the good work. You and your team are truly professionals and I will refer you again and again. read more

Trashiest dealership in Rochester. Stay away! Called me out of the blue. I don't know how they stole my data.

This is one of the worst dealerships I've been to. Back in January I wanted to look at one of the SUVs and see how it runs, in this case I never did. "Nick was my salesperson. Then I decided to look at a different vehicle because I figured the Hyundai would be out of my price range. Then I said I would find that vehicle in better shape. Then another salesman named "Adrian" comes over and starts questioning me like a criminal saying "what made you switch from the this truck to that?" Then I walked straight out of the door. Because i was uncomfortable. About one or two days after, they started blowing up my inbox with their emails including one from Nick saying, "If coming in the store was a pain, try buying from us online." No I will not buy from here or step foot in this dealership again. Thank you. read more

I had a very good 2 day experience with Mark DiSantis choosing a new car to lease. I had a current lease that was ending soon and I didn't understand what was involved to turn in a vehicle and getting a new one. He took the time to explain everything so I would understand how it all works. His dealership didn't have the vehicle in the color I wanted. Within a minute he had located one and he picked it up the next morning and had it ready for me the next afternoon. He explained all the different warranties on the vehicle and took me to the car and set up everything to me while explaining the features new on this model. They also helped me stay in budget explaining the payment amounts putting down a small amount and also without a down payment which was an option. I also have full servicing like tire rotations and they also give their customers oil changes for the life of the lease. I will return there for my servicing. Now they also do require masks being worn and have sanitizer available. The area is clean and pens and the tablet I needed to use was also disinfected before and after I signed on it. The absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car. (I've purchased about 10). They are totally disorganized and unable to get a vehicle registered and insured correctly. I almost lost my car insurance (that I've had for 20 years++ btw) because of their inability to submit the paperwork upon sale. They'll assure you that they "know what they're doing" and "we've got this". "They do this all the time". Very poorly I might add!!! Watch out! read more

My wife tried to buy a certified vehicle from here. The guy that started helping us told us the price was much higher than stated on their website. After test driving a few cars we decided to go with this one. When we called back to ask about it he said it was gone, but he'd look for it. 2-3 days later still no info. We told him if he found it we'd buy it that day. He said the car was loaned out to a little old lady who was having work done on her car, but when we test drove it again it smelled heavily of marijuana and had fries littered in the back seat. Then the stalling began. Every other day the guy said he'd have it ready, but something always came up. Detailing taking too long, had to have someone certify it again, the list goes on. We then saw the price of the vehicle increased on their website. Finally after 3 weeks of trying to get this car, my wife told him we are going elsewhere for business and he said sorry, but I get it. Pretty sketchy operation considering I was able to buy a truck from another dealership and drive off lot within 24 hours. Hope they get the extra $1500-2000 they added to it because they lost our business for good. read more

Called 5 times for service appointment. Transferred 5x. No answer. Phone just rang out. Same thing the next day. Finally asked person who answered the phone what was up. Came back on line to say he had someone for me. Transferred. Just rang out. Didn't want to buy my Hyundai from Fucillo. My 9th car from Vision. No more free lifetime oil changes. Oh. And they took my plates. Never turned them into DMV and my license was suspended. Not cool. Henrietta Manager Nike did apologize profusely and correct but last car from Vision. P.S. Your commercials being aired back to back are as annoying as Billy Fucillo's spots. Vision is getting as offensive. Too big now. read more

First of all I would like the people to know that I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. My husband and son went to this dealership today around 1pm and when they walked in they stood in the middle of the dealership and for a good 10mins NOT ONE PERSON addressed them. They are both ASIAN AMERICAN. The dealership was not busy and people actually saw them and made eye contact with both of them. My husband said before they walked into the dealer ship they went over to look at the car he wanted and suddenly the lights went on and off due to someone locking the car as if they thought they were gonna steal it. They definitely were being racially profiled by the staff members. I will not ever consider going back to any vision dealership and advise my family and friends to do the same. You just don't treat people like that in this day and age. I truly wish my son recorded there actions so people could see how mis treated they were. Today they lost a customer. read more

I wish, I can give 0 star. I am an out of state buyer and bought my car on 01/29/2022. They gave me NY temp tags for one month and said they are using BEACON to get my registration done. Dealership charged me extra money (around $200) for BEACON services even though I could have done it myself at my DMV. But one month later on 03/01/2022, NY temp tags expired and I did not get my registration or license plates. When I called Beacon, they said there is a delay from dealership in sending the documents so plates will not arrive in time. Now I am not able to drive my new car. I called dealership and asked refund of my fees paid for Beacon service as I did not get the plates in time and I am not able to drive my car. I spoke with Fiore, the general manager and he is very rude. He is asking me to deal this with Beacon. How is that possible ? I paid the dealership and not Beacon directly. please DO NOT PAY any extra money for Beacon services. BEACON is not mandatory when buying a car. Its easy to get the registration done at DMV on your own. read more

When shopping for my last vehicle, I'd been working hard to improve my credit but didn't know how much financing I could get. I agreed to have Vision look at my credit. I was specifically told it would be a soft pull and that they "won't do a hard inquiry until we have a deal." After completing the financial paperwork, I was left sitting at the saleman's desk for 45 minutes while my phone blew up with credit monitoring alerts showing hard inquiries. When he and the sales mgr came back out with info on what financing they could get, they pushed a particular used car on me with no further discussion of other options. I had to leave and subsequently was subjected to multiple calls from several staff, including the general mgr, asking when I was going to 'pick up the vehicle?' You know, the vehicle I never bought! I told the salesman why I was upset and he apologized, but too little too late. He never did anything wrong, but the rest of the staff I interacted with were condescending jerks. And my credit rating took a nose-dive since they went to FIVE different lenders with hard-inquiries. read more

I used to go to Henrietta location .Never again. Only Webster.. Have purchased multiple cars over the years grom Henrietta. First, they lied to me and told me the salesperson I always bought from , Mark D. No longer worked for company. Then tried to push a vehicle on the lot not what I wanted and said what I wanted was not within 200 miles. I remembered I had Mark's cell number. I texted him right from dealership and asked if he was still in car sales. He said yes, at Webster. I immediately left Henrietta and went to Webster. Mark had the car I wanted, which was only 40 miles away. Bought the car the next day, a Sunday. Was also pleased with the time the sales manager took in introducing himself and making sure all went well. Will always buy my car from Mark Desantis and will definitely go to Webster location even though a bit farther from my house. They know what customer service is, during and after the sale. read more

I went it 2 weeks ago for my free lifetime oil change and a NYS inspection. Left an hour late without my car and a loaner because there were so many things they claimed wouldn't pass inspection. A couple days later after it was done I had paid them $900. I didn't get the back of the car fixed but 2 weeks later did at another place. They notice that Vision Hyundai didn't screw back on the tire rod jam nut completely after doing a 4 wheel alignment. So I had to make an appointment to go back a couple days later to have them redo the alignment. The people at the second place also said that my back breaks had 3/4 life left (when Hyundai said they wouldn't pass inspection) and that they would of passed my tires but recommended that I get them by winter. So I went back to get my alignment redone and went home. The next day on my way to work I noticed that my steering wheel was crooked. So I looked it up online and it was a cause of the steering wheel not being straight when the alignment was done. So for a third time I was on my way back to Hyundai to get my alignment redone for the second time. Oh and the only reason I had it done in the first place was because they claimed it was what made my tires not pass inspection. When I got there and gave the keys to the guy to fix it again this other younger guy who was lounging in a chair with his headphones in his ears behind the desk tried to explain to me the process of an alignment like I was an idiot. I will never get my "free" oil changed done there again and will never be buying a car from them again. The Henrietta location is just as bad as this Webster location is. Getting "free" oil changes just means that they look for things that they claim are wrong with your car when they really are not. read more
