They were busy but greeted us right away and invited us to look around. They have exactly what we needed and at a great price. Two custom-sized metal screens for $60. Kevin Woo was courteous and even though there were others waiting, walked the screens out to our car to make sure they fit. He also wrapped them up so they won't scratch my trunk. If you are looking for metal parts for arts and crafts projects, this place lives up to its reputation. They have all kinds of metal parts in stock and the salespeople are courteous no matter the order.

I proceeded to send in my drawings with all measurements. This was on June 19, 2018. I called on July 3rd, because I hadn't heard anything. He said they must have missed my email, I told him what date I sent it, he looked and found it. He said he would send for a quote and get back to me within a few days. Four days later, I hadn't heard anything again, so I called them. He said he was still waiting for another quote and told me that he doesn't think they can do it! I only wish they had told me this at the beginning, I would have sourced it from someone else. Customer Service is about setting the expectation in which they failed to do in this situation. In the end he did refer me to another provider that could do the countertop.

They were very professional and made honest recommendations in their quote about what really needed to be done (only needed 1 coat for base boards, my ceilings didn't need re-painting = huge saving). They were very accommodating in my last minute colour change and super enthusiastic about the finished project, as was I. The final product looked better than I expected - clean lines, no paint on electrical fixtures and moved necessary appliances to paint behind them. They cleaned up any mess they would've made and swiffered the floors on their way out. I felt I could trust them fully in ensuring them with the keys to my apartment.
