Quad Cities Driver Training School is very unprofessional, the company is a complete fraud. I paid…read morefor a 1-hour Non-Students: $50.00 per hour In-Car Lessons. I dropped my daughter off at the appointment she had for 3:00 . She and the driver instructor left to start driving at 3:08 I was sitting in my car watching when they left. I left to go into another store and my daughter called me at 3:25 (time stamped on my phone ) that she was ready. I went and spoke with the worker she had an attitude and said what do you think I owe you. I explained she barely did 25 minutes we paid for an hour she then stated no they are only 45-minute lessons. When I paid I clarified the time and cost. Also online at https://www.quadcitiesdrivertrainingschool.com/courses under In-Car Lessons again it states Non-Students: $50.00 per hour. She gives me another day for us to have to come back so now I'm wasting my time having to make arrangements to bring my daughter back and she explains I can pay another $50 for the session no. We scheduled for only the time that she owed us, now my daughter had to catch an Uber there and back to get back up to the lesson which was a waste of more money for her to act like she wasn't going to provide her with the time that was owed. After me getting upset on the phone she tells my daughter she will take her out. My daughter called to tell me she was finished and only received 10 minutes of practice( Again time stamped Facetime call finished) People, please don't use this company. My daughter explained how they just sit and talk badly about the teens that they are teaching which is so unprofessional. I will also be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. These are kids and as a Parent and Educator, I feel so bad they shouldn't be taken advantage of by children who are looking to learn. Driving is a lesson that should be taken seriously many people lose their lives due to accidents and if your company isn't in the business of helping individuals with learning and only trying to make money please STOP !!!

Friendly staff and so convenient inside of waiting for appts with the DMV. Highly recommendedread more

The teacher failed me as a student by just giving us packets to read instead of actually teaching us, he also doesn't spend enough time on each student behind the wheel when it comes to driving. For example, students are required to have 7 hours of driving with an instructor and 7 hours of observation, this did not occur. Instead two other students and I had to split the time meaning we all drove about 15-20 minutes each session, which is not enough time for new drivers to get an understanding of how to operate a vehicle. I did not leave this class a confident driver to say the least. It took many more hours of practice with my parents to get me where I needed to be. As of now I'm prepared to take the DPS test however, the instructor failed to give me the documentation needed. I've tried countless times to contact him, but I'm stuck, there's nothing more I can do. Please save yourself the money, hassle, and stress it's not worth it. I recommend sending your child to pioneer driving school. I had one conversation with Mr. Lott and he taught me much more than I learned my entire experience with superior driving school.
