The reception lady I forgot her name ( Asian) was knowledgeable & got straight to the point!! That's what I love. I forgot the other lady (Spanish) she took me to the other room to do the examination & great customer service. Shoutout to my girl Dr. Davis!!! I love her personality & vibes. Dr. Davis, energy is on point & I love the fact that she knows her shit!!! I'll definitely only deal with Dr. Davis GHAZala was very sweet & didn't push me to buy anything. I went to this location because my past experience was good and they have a good selection of glasses. The lady who assisted me in finding a pair of glasses was great. She talked me into getting a second pair due to some special prices that they had going on. However, my experience picking up my glasses was awful. I think it was the manager who assisted me. He was not very nice. After the first adjustment with the first pair, he got upset that I asked my husband for his opinion. He said he was the expert in how my glasses should fit! Then he didn't like the fact that I used the mirror on the desk to check the fitting. He actually moved the mirror and put it behind him. I had to get up and go to a mirror that was on the wall. He demanded that I look at him. I reluctantly accepted the fit he made but the glasses still need to be properly fit. Then for the second pair, I said that they need to be tighter due to how wiggly they were. He wanted proof so he asked me to shake my head...then he agreed. I wanted so bad to get out of there that I accepted the first tightening but they still fall to end of my nose when I look down. I've been going here to see Dr.Davis for years. She's amazing and very quick. She gets you in and out while taking care of her clients.

The store has lots of frames, a great Dr office attached, helpful glasses technicians to work on fit and such with you. They do have some basic frames available for a reasonable price. My husband needs non-polarized sunglasses for work to see the displays and they can customize the lenses to an incredible extent as far as colors of tint, etc. We also get Warby Parker glasses, which are hip and cheap, but they are limited in their offerings. It's nice to have access to a full service lab. read more

I have been coming here for 10 years and never had an experience like I did today. Ana and Carole were incredibly rude. They said they want my 7 year old who is literally blind without his glasses to go without glasses for three weeks. When I said that last time they had to change his lenses they didn't have to take them. Ana said if I wanted a place to do that I should take my business some where else. When I asked for the corporate phone number when Ana brought me my receipt she said "I'm only going to give it to you if you say please" in the most condescending tone. Not only did both employees not listen to their customer but they were both rude as well. Made an appointment with Eye Doctor Dr Davis! Filled out my patient form online prior to my appointment. She was so Kind, funny and very knowledgeable! I could tell how much she loves what she does when we talked! Had lasik couple years ago and I guess I am having trouble seeing close now ... She did my eye exam, wrote my glasses prescription. Within 30mns I was done. I will for sure come back to her if I ever need another eye exam. Thank you Dr Davis!!! Then I got my glasses at the very same store. My wife asked me to go with her to her appointment and the dr was great, but our experience after that went downhill quickly. When it came to buying glasses I was shocked that they were trying to say a normal (non designer) pair of frames with her very mild prescription and no blue light filtering or transitions or any of the extra add ons was $550 (before insurance discounts etc). Our out of pocket would still have been $245 plus taxes! Are they serious? I recommended that my wife take her prescription and look elsewhere or online because I didn't think those were honest prices and the woman helping us became immediately hostile and nasty. Her name was Ghazala H, and I don't think I've had a worse customer service experience in years. I asked about my wife's pupillary distance because it wasn't listed in her prescription and she had just taken that measurement and you guessed it, she refused to help with a smug smile. I guess her way at getting back at us for thinking the pricing was predatory? My wife may still come back here to see her dr who she likes, but we will not be giving any business when it comes to glasses. read more

I bought my glasses less than 7 months ago and scratched a lens. Easy fix being an Eyeglass World customer in the past and they replace the lens for free for under a year of purchase. I had to switch to visionworks due to a change in insurance. I was told since it's over 100 days it would only be a 25% off the cost of the lens. Yes, lens as they have to replace BOTH lens. I was then offered a 60% discount on the lens, but still at $307 for lenses on a pair of glasses I bought for $500, needless to say Eyeglass World made a customer for life and I will never purchase another pair from visionworks. read more

Beware, they do not let you bring you infant child with you to an eye exam due to covid. The lady on the phone advised that anyone coming with me should stay in the car during my appointment. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO HAVE AN INFANT CHILD STAY IN THE CAR BY THEMSELVES, NOT TO MENTION UNSAFE. Find another doctors office, these people don't seem to care about their patients. I immediately was able to find an eye doctor that would allow me to bring my infant with me to the appointment, however now they pulled my insurance preventing me from being able to see another eye doctor without calling into the insurance to have this company released. I called the insurance to get the release and was informed by VSP that visionworks could have done the release on their end too. A lot of headache and wasted time VISIONWORKS. horrible customer service. read more

FYI I followed up with the VA's eye clinic to proceed with the cornea replacement you said I surely needed. Their diagnosis was that I had dry eye, and prescribed eye drops. They said I wasn't even close to borderline need of a cornea test. They also made a prescription that got me to 20/25. I can use dollar store 150+ glasses and read again, for hours. I have no problems driving at night and into shadows or bright lights. The glasses I bought with your prescription are useless, they make my vision worse. What is the chance of a refund? GO TO TARGET OPTICAL IN THE SAME SHOPPING CENTER!!! I have been going to this Visionworks for the last few years for 3 of my kids and this location has really gone downhill. Everything from being completely understaffed to SENDING MY 5 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HOME WITH THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION. How sad is that. Didn't find out till we went to her Optomitrist appointment 6 weeks later and they tested her glasses and told me they were not correct. Last week I went with my daughter to get her a few pairs of glasses and they were so busy and completely understaffed. Waited patiently because I didn't have plans after, but from start to finish it was about 3 hours. Went back today to pick up her glasses and they were again completely UNDERSTAFFED. There were only 2 people working, one that JUST was a salesperson unable to fit people for glasses or size the glasses for people just picking them up. Completely unacceptable. They expected me to WAIT HOURS for them to take 5 minutes to size my daughters glasses on her ears. UNACCEPTABLE. I did a search on yelp to see if any other stores in the area were open and available to take 5 minutes to size my daughters glasses. To my surprise there was a TARGET OPTICAL in the same shopping center!!!! I go there all the time but didn't realize there was one there. It's kind of hidden, but awesome. I have been coming to this location for about a year and half now. The service has been great. Each time I have an appointment scheduled they are great at giving me a call and confirming my availability for the scheduled appointment. They take most insurance plans and if not accepted, they will call and let you know before you show up to the appointment. The optometrists were well qualified and thorough during the exam. The optometrist did not hesitate to ask me to take one of the exams again to verify the fitting of my contacts. She was very patient and determined to give me the best possible service for my eye exam. I will definitely be coming back for annual eye exam. read more

Visionworks on Blue Diamond replaced the lens free of charge using a new prescription. That's beyond customer service...that's unbelievable. So the doctor sent us to that specific location to get glasses with 30 min to spare they said that it was to late and couldn't take a second to get anything started, they said to come back tomorrow and they will deal with everything and had no customer service at all, my 1 year old cant see at all and especially with autism thanks for making him feel better about himself. Mine had the wrong prescription, not the doctors fault, asked to have them redone they told me it was the frames, they talked me into new frames I hate, still cannot see out of the glasses, I have been there three times and on my last visit they told me I had 90 days for a return and I had just exceeded that time.
