Would not evrn give 1 Star. The service is horrible. They made a mistake and did not print out my prescription. I called before i spent $30 on Uber to make sure it was done when I got there. They did not print it out. When i called to say just put in the mail; they want to charge ne $15 for them to fix their mistake. or i could spend another $30 to come down there???!!! then called me a liar and said i did not call to make arrangements. and if I had requested it to be printed then it would have been. then to say ut was my fault?!?! read more

I only wish I could give negative stars. You must wear a mask at all times, even when trying on glasses. I have a history of facial injuries and I have to see how glasses fit on my face. I explained that to the two unattentive men in the store and told them that their glasses were cute and I wanted to shop there; they were totally dismissive. I had to leave without trying on even one pair. I see in another review that they would not allow a deaf family to communicate via lipreading because of their mask policy. Here is my advice. If you are lucky enough to be able to purchase glasses without trying them on, shop online. The selection is infinite and the prices are great. If, however, you need to try them on, then go across the street to Lenscrafters. They are super nice and helpful, and they have cute glasses, too. If you want evidence of the quality of Visionwork's "customer service," just take a look. Not one person in the store besides the two employees; I actually thought it might be closed. Business is booming at Lenscrafters. Lots of customers and cheerful, attentive employees. Go there. My family is switching. read more

Feeling totally ripped off! I have Davis Vision insurance, not the best but my cost is suppose to be 20%. At the Willamette Center store I picked out a $69 pair of frames. The clerk told me with poly lenses, bifocal and anti glare that my share was $179. I went Costco who doesn't take my insurance and got reading and sun glasses in titanium frames with all the coatings for $278 TOTAL! read more

Do not waste your time or money here. I went in for contacts, and never received them. I called and each time I called they said they would order them. I paid for the contacts. After receiving a text message that they were there I called to confirm and was told my RX is now expired and they won't give me the contacts and to call corporate for a refund. Then told me they do not have the phone number for me to call. They took my money and now will not give me the contacts I pod for. I have been on hold with corporate for 15mins. SCAM! Absolute mask Nazis. After taking out temperature and making us sanitize our hands they became very obnoxious when I went to lower my mask to see how a pair of glasses fit. Also, they wanted $770 for a pair of bifocal glasses. I found a name brand pair elsewhere for under $200. read more

If I could give zero I would. Went in with my small therapy dog to get glasses. Already had a prescription for them. Stood there 15 mins before getting help. I was told to go look at the glasses. Many workers who saw us. After about 5 mins of looking he came back over and told me dogs were not allowed in the store. I stated he was a therapy dog and I can show you papers. He said "it doesn't matter". I was so mad I had to leave before lost it. I immediately called and advised her of what happened and I would be reporting them on Monday morning. I'd give negative stars if I could. Do not waste your money here. The staff was extremely rude. My husband and I checked online before we went in to look at frames that no appointment was needed yet when we get there we were told we needed an appointment and scheduled one for the next day. No big deal. My husband got a call the day of his appointment confirming he was coming in. We came in and were asked if we had a mask. My husband did not. We were told we cannot step into the building without a mask. I asked if they would provide one for him and they said no. I'm starting to get irritated here. We are totally fine with wearing a mask but no where on their store front or website did it say you needed to wear one and when the store rep called to confirm our appointment they said nothing about needing a mask. Now I'm a little more than annoyed as we had to re-schedule again. Then today we had everything we needed to look at frames. We both wore masks and came at our appointment time. As I was trying on frames I took my mask of for a few seconds to see how they looked on my face and the store rep rudely told me I needed to keep my mask on at all times. How are you supposed to see if the frames fit your face when more than half of it is covered? Fine. I won't be buying frames today.The kicker was that another customer came in to get her frames and was told she cannot enter the building due to not having a mask. Frustrated, she asked who she could give feedback to as she was never told she needed a mask and nowhere on the website did it mention this. After she left, the lady that helped her mocked her to another co-worker. I was disgusted. That is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional behavior especially when a customer easily overheard. I'm only giving this business a single star because I can't give them no stars. The worst customer service I'd had in a good long while. I called to schedule my appointment and make sure they had the brand of glasses I generally wear (Ray bans), the lady on the phone said "yes, we carry a lot of name brand stuff." I also asked if they had catalogs in store I could look at which also responded with yes. So I make my appointment. I'm a new customer, first time in. They looked like they had a great selection and took my insurance. I want up to the counter to check in, do my paperwork and pick my frames. I look around the floor and don't see any ray bans. So I walk up the the counter and ask the gentlemen working if he has any catalogs I can look at and before he could answer the woman working with him rudely chimes in "we don't have catalogs." I then asked if they had raybans and she again responds to me as if she were disgusted " no we don't actually carry those, this is part of LensCrafters" or something like that. I mean a simple oh we don't carry those would've been fine. Not to mention this information doesn't match what I was told previously. After the treatment I received from this woman I went to the front desk and let them know that I'll be going back to the place I went before. Treat customers nicely. My mom is deaf and her only way of communicating is reading lips nobody in this office were willing to accommodate to help her. They also gave her a phone number to call to see if they can help her but again she is deaf and reads lips. We will not be returning to this or any other Visionworks location. Maybe you should consider getting clear face visors before any one else from the deaf community comes in that knows very little sign language. read more

Luckily easy to locate within mall while construction work is going on thanks to the Mall map just within the door by Red Robyn despite my blurry vision! Everyone was nice, no real wait time. My contacts were double-vision and the two pairs of glasses I paid $400 for are unwearable, I think they came from China. I went here cause they accept VSP insurance. My son did the same thing. On the same insurance and it was all covered. Not a penny out of pocket. I go and I have a 25$ co pay and another 35$ copay for not getting my eyes dilated. I had to call them multiple times because they could find my policy. Even after I gave them the policy number. They wanted me to bring the paperwork in. I said how about I email it to you? She informed me that they don't have an email address. I should of found somewhere else, right then. I go to my appointment and the doctor is 40 minutes late. It take 10 mins for the exam and I'm informed I have 20/20 vision. But need reading glasses. I work construction and have trouble reading my tape measure. So he says you ever tried progressive glasses and I'm like I've never had glasses. So I go out and pay the 60$ which I'm a little confused on. And not one of the girls could tell me why I needed to to pay that with VSP BUY UP POLICY! Then they tell me that the anti reflective glare is another 30 and the progressive glasses are another 30 and if I want the tint it's another 70$ and that if I wear theses glasses in dusty conditions and wipe them with my shirt I'm going to scrape them. They are really easy to scratch. And that I needed to get a cloth pad to wipe them. After looking around and thinking. Hey I just need reading glasses. Why do I need a pair of glasses to wear all the time? Why did I even come here. I could of simply went to Walmart and got a couple pair of readers for 10$ and save a whole morning and 50$ I would not go to this place ever again and I sure as hell wouldn't recommend it to anyone I actually liked. Find another place. The ladies up front say one thing to the next. Every time you call them and when you ask them to call you back they don't.
