I went to Kelly for help and am incredibly thankful that I did. I had seen 3 dermatologists up to this point, but none of them were remotely as caring and helpful as Kelly. Firstly, she listened to me! She understood completely what the issue was and was incredibly knowledgeable. She spoke to me at length about my skin concerns and we discussed what we could do during our session as well as what I should do on my own, for my own skincare regimen. I also discussed my dismay at some lines on my forehead that have gotten deeper since I turned 40 (and also since apparently I always have an expression of surprise or amazement on my face... I need to work on that...) Anyway, she had very helpful suggestions for that as well. If I can remember all the things we did... we did a silk peel, brightening mask, an oxygen treatment, some LED light magical thing, and some other topical treatments. Whatever it all was, was FABULOUS. Her room is clean, lovely, and relaxing. She spent time explaining all the things she was doing, all of which felt amazing. It was like - facial, meet massage. Massage, meet facial. And let's throw some skin healing treatment on for good measure! All of this aside, Kelly is a wonderful person. She was so enjoyable to talk and laugh with. We really had a good time! After the treatment, we did discuss what to do post-session, and she gave detailed instructions on what to do moving forward.
