The bungalow style accommodation is great, it consisted of bathroom with great rain shower, king size bed [which was so comfortable], pillows for us were a bit on the soft side but this is a minor thing. The living area had a large flat screen TV, fridge and some glass we think it could benefit from some crockery & cutlery, we had a day and night of horrible rain during our stay and didn't really want to go out and eat, but had to as there was not facilities in the bungalow to allow us to even get a takeaway. The sofa in the living area is slightly uncomfortable but space is limited so there isn't much more they could do. Patio had 2 sunbeds per bungalow and table and chairs therefore you don't need to go to the pool however we would advise you do it is well worth it, heated to 28° which was luxury in March! You are given 2 pool towel tokens free when check in, which is unusual these days, these can be changed every day between 10am & 6pm. The spa was and added bonus and free this pool area was heated to 35° which was amazing especially after a long walk in the dunes! Pool furniture was extremely comfortable and well kept. The complex itself is spotlessly clean and a real credit to the maintenance team and cleaning staff! We stayed on a B&B option only, however we did have dinner on 2 nights as well. Breakfast had everything you could think of and more and all good quality ingredients, both breakfast and dinner are buffet style but I would highly doubt even the fussiest of eaters would not be able to find something to their taste! Something to keep in mind is that you are around a 30/40-minute walk to Melonaras & Playa Del Ingles, it's not a hard walk by any means but if you have limited mobility it may be an issue, however the hotel runs a free bus services to Melonaras area every 15 mins or so and taxis are very inexpensive This will definitely be our go to hotel for future trips to Gran Canaria and we will recommend it to friends etc [although part of us wants to keep it to ourselves]!

only giving it 2 stars over all but thats because the apartments are quite old fashioned. i…read moreactually loved my holiday here after hearing so many horror stories i was dreading coming. we ended up getting a rather big house instead of said apartments , right next to pool and club. we went when airtours did this as their family first complex in gran canaria and boy was it. the reps couldnt do enough and my kids really enjoyed it . they made you feel like an old friend and made sure you took part in one thing or another. we used the restaurant frequently and the food was really nice if a bit repetative over the 2 weeks. would go here again if it was cheap enough.

This is is one of the (many) bungalow parks holiday rental sites dotted around Gran Canaria. We have tried several others before and we tend to return to this particular one. Why? * Is it because you get bang for your buck? Not really. The Bungalows are 2 bedrooms and have the bare essentials to get a self catering holiday if not asking for too much - like a toaster or fan. * Is it the location? Neither a deciding factor. It is about 3 km from the nearest beach (Melanoras) - they do provide a free beach bus 3 times daily. However the location is prime set between the very touristy bits of Playa del Ingles and Jumbo close to San Augustin and about a 30 min walk to Melanoras and the Dunas. * Is it the Services they offer. Well yes partly, they have free internet only in their welcome hall, they have a pool side bar/restaurant They clean the apartment 3-5 times a week. The place is clean and safe. There is a free bus to the beach. * Is it the price you pay Very much so - they consistently come out as the cheapest option for a 2 week self-catering holiday. * The pool Big and caters well for the users - as many tend to go to the beach anyways. * Privacy - Yes, this place is busy, but their bungalow set up is very private and that is important to us. * Entertainment During the holiday season they have nightly entertainment. * Catering 2 restaurants a bar and onsite shop. So there it is basic but useful accommodation for a reasonable price. Hopefully we shall have another brilliant stay here next month!

If your looking for fun things to do... don't go to the south. There really is nothing to do. But that is about the area, and this review is about the hotel so i'll shut my gob and get on with the review. This is a really nice place to stay. The rooms are really apartments equipped with mini kitchens, living rooms and a bedroom. And of course bathrooms. The exterior is really pretty. They have a large pool and a small pool I assume is really just for the children. Since the pool wasn't heated... I was not temped to jump in. The water was freezing. The interior of the apartments is a little dated. Which is a shame, if they do them up, they can easily gain stars. But over all, it was a nice place to stay. You can for a few extra euros dine in the buffet breakfast and diner. Which we did. And now it's time for me to work that buffet belly off! But like most hotels in europe... no free wifi. Only a trip to america will reward you with that luxury. But if you come to Maspalomas, it's a lovely place to stay. I would recommend.

We was allocated a room on the 4th floor by the middle lift but you could not hear any noise but it was useful for getting straight down to the pool in the mornings. The apartments are ok. They are very basic and could do with a make over but it has everything you need to be honest, the only thing we could have done with is air con but if you leave your balcony door open you do get a breeze through the whole apartment. The pool was great and you didn't have to get up at the crack of dawn to get a Sunbed, We had lunch by the pool one day which was nice as well. We met some lovely people at this hotel and everyone who works here seem to love their job, everyone is really friendly and we are booking to come again for next year!

Our smart phone disappeared from the closed apartment last day! We left the key at the reception…read morewhen we go out and when we arrived back to apartment the phone was stolen. Somebody looked at into the wallet as well(cash was not in fortunately!). The closed door and window was intact. Only the staff has key. They know that if you are foreigner and you want to take police report in case of problem at the weekend in your last day you cannot do it, because you cannot sing the report in the following workday! But they cannot be calm because I took report other way! There is no breakfast in the hotel. We need to pay for any features: parking, TV, WiFi, transfer, etc... So the "Best price" will be the worst price at the end! They are not responsible for anything if you have a problem! There is no air condition! Everything is far from here! The WiFi is terribly slow! The condition of apartment is poor!
