Our guide, Mike, was extremely condescending to a tourist who stood on a part of the boat she wasn't supposed to stand on. It was patronizing how he yelled at her in front of the rest of the tourists seeing as there were no signs indicating not to stand there. I understand safety is a priority, but the way he addressed her was inappropriate and rude. read more
