First of all there wasn't any music, some girl would occasionally buy a crappy song on a juke box, hurting and eventually killing our ears. Next the oil pattern was god awful, I don't know if it was just our lane, but trying to hook the ball was a genuine nightmare. I also should also mention that the interface was acting a little special, multiple times, the pins would randomly drop down, I'd say I'd have to reset the pins every other frame. The smell, the alley smelled like absolute crap, it smelled like a school cafeteria, and the food looked like complete slop. Lastly the line, there was only 3 people ahead of us in the line, but somehow it took 20 minutes to pay for our bowling. The shoes that I was offered looked like it was from the lost and found with multiple holes, torn up laces, and shredded insoles, they were Al's tied together extremely tight. Balls, one of the balls here initially looked fine, but when inspected had a hole covered up by a damn band aid. But hey if you still want to go, buy one of their overpriced crappy deep fried hot dogs, they sure do love those.

Not sure how much alcohol in it as I could not really taste it - actually worked for me. The crispy wings are not bad too. Nice flavor though a bit greasy. The wing itself has flavors without sauce. My street taco is with beef. The tortillas are toasted, which is a nice touch, the sauce, the salsa and the guacamole are nice and pairing very well with the taco. HOWEVER! The beef is quite SALTY. I could finish most of it by adding the salsa and the Guac but man, it was just too salty. Sir Flower's burger is massive. Two patties stacked with their special French fries, though tried with Guy's smashing technique, it was still too big to handle with "dignity", lol. So we went. Only thing good was the simulator we booked the VIP. The food was absolutely awful. When in New Hartford I like the local solid spots. Service was extremely slow. I won't blame the servers fault it was just her. I can honestly say I will not go back. I'm actually mad I came to New Hartford and couldn't even get chicken tenders or boneless wings cooked correct. There was also an error with one of our sides, and our appetizer bread only came after we flagged someone down to ask about it. The food was actually quite good and ultimately saved the experience. Highlights were the focaccia bread, crispy fish tacos, and Brussels sprouts. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but there is significant room for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Several members of the team could benefit from additional training.
