Pitched the home for its solar roof but forgot to mention there's a monthly lease (i.e., add $31K to the home's cost). They raved about the new a/c system (cost me $5K out of pocket to get running). Of course the air ducts were rotted once we pulled up the insulation. Just one thing after another. A miserable experience made worse when they used every sales tactic to mask the lipstick on the pig. They watered down every concern with a worthless home warranty. These sheisters should go to jail.
