You pay when you book. I actually did this in person as I wanted to be sure I would be able to find it. I paid for the 60 minute baths and 30 minute massage. It was bliss.
The pool area and changing room were all clean. the staff were very friendly. The woman who did my massage was brilliant. I know it is not a RMT massage but she got into all those knots.
The pools are warm, cold and hot and you are supposed to go from one to the next. I did that before my massage but after my massage, it was the warm and hot one.
You are told to forget about time. They come and get you at your massage time, then come and tell you when your time was up. I was so relaxed at the end of it.
Oh and how can I forget the tea. They serve you tea in the pools and it was delicious. And this is coming from a non tea drinker.
A great way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend.
