If you need to reach someone whether for a minor concern or something urgent you're better off heading straight to the emergency room. After my nerve block wore off, I was in significant pain. I called and messaged through their Klara system multiple times with no response all day. Eventually, I received a generic message saying I was "fine," without anyone actually speaking to me. I ended up going to the ER, where they discovered additional bone separation in my shoulder that explained the worsening pain. Ironically, the staff at the surgery center who weren't even responsible for my follow-up care were far more helpful. They answered calls and offered advice to manage my pain, something this office failed to do. At my follow-up appointment, I was told I'd be prescribed medication. When I left, no one mentioned how or when I'd receive it. I called to ask if I could pick it up on my way home no answer, no callback. I tried again an hour later. Still nothing. No text, no voicemail, no help. If you're looking for a place that performs a procedure and then disappears, this is it. But if you expect any kind of post-operative care or basic communication, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This is the surgeon from hell. Went in for a liposuction procedure. Usually this procedure would be…read moreperformed in an outpatient facility (hospital) but this "Shady Dr" performed it at his Charles Village office. That should've been my first sign to head for the hills. Anyway, the anesthesiologist came there to sedate me and must not be given me enough. I awakened to the dr and a few other people trying to turn me over because he had apparently dropped me on my hip? One of my hips was SERIOUSLY flattened during the procedure. I looked like I was deformed. One hip was completely flat and the other round. I was in total disbelief and was told I would heal and the fat would settle. Bull----!!! I went to another dr who refused to even touch me. He told me I needed to get more lipo to now fill that area with fat that I was dropped on. Now here is where things got interesting. Dr Shureih agreed I was in shambles due to his bs procedure and agreed to fix the issue but at another charge!!! He saw I was jacked up and instead of graciously fixing the problem and being grateful I wasn't dragging him to court about this deformity, he greedily charged me for another anesthesiologist and a "discounted" rate for additional lipo I would NOT have otherwise needed had he NOT jacked me up in the first place!!!! If that were fair, he could go around messing everyone up with the intentions of making more money to revise HIS mistakes!! I was left with no choice since no other dr would correct his mishap and I was stuck with a deformed hip. Even after his corrective surgery and time to heal, my hips still aren't even from being dropped on that table. Do NOT trust this back alley guy. I was told they don't give itemized receipts and if I didn't pay the outrageous bill IN FULL they couldn't schedule my next appointment. This practice is not only highly unethical but also goes against the policies provided by my insurance company. Unfortunately, due to the extreme pain I was experiencing and desperate circumstances I felt obligated to just pay the bill. It's evident they prey on unsuspecting patients for financial gain. To make matters worse, I returned to Preferred Dental after the advice of a reputable dentist to request my money back. During this visit, Dr. Manveen Sahni proceeded to tell me as I was leaving that I have gum disease and it requires immediate attention. This was a shock to me because this was the first time this issue was brought to my attention. When I asked why wasn't I told this during my initial appointment she stated she didn't have time to tell me and that they were focusing on addressing my main problem. Turns out this is just another scare tactic they practice. (I don't have gum disease) I attempted several phone calls to contact Dr. Armine Grigoryan to address my concerns, only to be put on endless holds with no answer. It's disheartening to think that a place that should prioritize the well-being of its patients would stoop so low to deceive and exploit them. I strongly advise anyone seeking dental care to steer clear of Preferred Dental. Their unethical practices and blatant scamming make them a prime example of what a dental office should not be. My dental insurance doesn't cover this doctor but I felt so confident in Dr. Seok that I didn't mind paying out of pocket. While other dentists wanted to do an exam one day then perform the extraction another day, Dr. Seok did everything in one day! He's extremely trust worthy and very sympathetic to his patients' needs. I was in excruciating pain and he made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and once I got home. I'm following his aftercare instructions very thoroughly, to ensure I heal more efficiently and fast. So far, so good! I'm very grateful and me and my girls see him, for dental care. My last official dentist, before Dr. Seok, turned out to be a scammer and is no longer in practice. I've been scared to go to the dentist, in recent years. Made sure I did my research before finding a new dentist. Dr. Seok deserves all the praise he gets. The office is clean, he's experienced and I feel welcomed. It's a 35-40 minute drive but worth it!
