Gostei do atendimento. Fiz implantes dentários e estou satisfeita. Gostei do atendimento das assistentes e da recepção, depois de ter os implantes telefonaram-me para saber se estava tudo bem. Gostei dessa atenção. O resultado é bom. Implantes são práticos. Muito fácil de usar e óptimos para comer. Achei fácil. Não doeu, o médico simpático e atencioso, eficiente. Outra questão é a facilidade de transportes. É fácil chegar, tem parque de estacionamento. É pago, mas isso acontece em todos os parques ou quase todos da cidade de Lisboa. Às vezes é preciso esperar uns minutos para ser possível estacionar, mas não demora mais que isso. Existe sempre lugar. De autocarro também é fácil de chegar.Existe paragem muito próxima e muitos autocarros. Sinceramente não sei dizer os números mas estão sempre a passar. Está junto ao metro Roma, a cerca de 100 metros. O ideal é sair na paragem junto ao C.C.Roma. Desde muito nova que frequento dentistas e gostei desta clínica. O preço foi agradável. Também conta. Têm poucos acordos, são mais os particulares mas de momento também não tenho nenhum seguro para implantes e então decidi escolher a clínica. read more

I went to Medidental for a dental implant as the price seemed to be very friendly. At first…read moreeverybody was very nice and attentive, until after the first check up where they started selling me other services "required" to go along with the procedure. When I said that I will think about it, everything changed: very rude staff (the same one I met in the beginning), difficulty in booking appointments etc. The procedure of the implant lasted 3.5 hours, horrific pain and around (10 anesthetic injections). The doctor's name was Maria. After the procedure I had to go on medical leave for 8 days due to the fact that my face was extremely swollen and was in awful pain. A year after, since the new "tooth" was much bigger that all my other teeth and much longer in size (at the clinic they said I had to wait a few month to have it redone since the doctor was going on holidays), I had to have the procedure done all over again. At the new clinic I went they informed me that the implant had been incorrectly placed and therefore it affected the rest of my denture. Even though I was advised to make an official complaint, I never even wanted to set my foot in that horrific place again.
