I have been to M1 Beaty 3 times before, but due to my last experience I will not return. I went for…read morebotox in my forehead & frown lines. One of my concerns was to even out my eyebrows as the right one was slightly lower than the left. The doctor who injected me was very unfriendly and clearly annoyed at me or something else. It made me feel uncomfortable during the treatment. 5 days after the treatment my right eyebrow was even lower, with my lid drooping slightly. The hight difference between the eyebrows was now much worse. I contacted them to ask them if this could be fixed, and requested to see a different doctor as I did not have faith in the injector's technique, nor did I find her friendly. I waited a week for an answer, than contacted them again. I was told to call customer care as they said they can't place me with a different doctor as a free follow up consultation. It took a lot of back and forth for customer service to finally book me with another doctor to have a look at it. The new doctor confirmed that there was too much botox injected and in the wrong area. He recommended I rather wait it out as lowering the other eyebrow might feel and look strange. I am very unhappy that you can spend 200 EUR. here and walk out looking worse, not due to side effects of botox (which we know is possible), but because of a bad injector. M1 offered me 10% off my next treatment. I think I will pass and go somewhere where there is professional treatment and better customer service. In my 3 years of getting botox, I have never experienced such bad treatment.
