My friend and I decided to swing by for a body drink for our hangover. Booked our appt and did the paperwork via text. They got us in quickly. The tech which is also a firefighter/ medic on the side was very sweet and nice. The only problem is, he started my iV then moved onto my friend without changing his gloves. My friend and I both gave each other a look like I sure hope you got good blood. Anyhoo- we didn't make it a big deal to the nice tech however y'all got to do better at keeping it sanitary because that could be a huge liability with the wrong client. Misty was fantastic! My cousin, husband and I went in for a Sports recovery IV. The experience was not what we expected because my husband happen to pass out from the needle. Misty was professional and handled the situation perfectly. She was knowledgable and knew exactly what was happening to him. I was frantic but she calmed me down and proceeded to get a doctor in the room and they both took care of him. She was very informative and talked to us the whole time.
