Roxanne is incredibly unpleasant, unprofessional. After following all the proper aftercare of lip filler, I had concerns about migration so I called and the receptionist answers. After Roxanne overheard the word migration, the phone was quickly in Roxanne's hands, who without seeing what my lips looked like, stated that there was no way there was migration, her product doesn't migrate (filler that doesn't have the potential to migrate doesn't exist), and that it was going to be 100$ to consult with me. Instead, I book an appointment for more filler (bc hey, it's free ;)) & then said I wanted to dissolve. For an hour Roxanne talked at me, and ended on the note that she won't dissolve without a written doctors note that I'm working on my health condition that she blamed for the migration occurring (even though she still wouldn't admit it might be migration- i've had SEVERAL injectors confirm that it is 100% migration). This health condition she knew of before filling my lips (but didn't need a doctors note before she was going to make 700 dollars off of filling them, convenient). I've had filler migrate before and every place will dissolve for free, they often are the ones that will point out the bit of migration. Roxanne just has too big of an ego to admit that whether her technique or the inevitablility of my lips being prone to migration occurred. A big unwavering ego is not a characteristic you want in someone who is altering your physical appearance. I'm not a Karen, i'm a 24 yr old of the generation of people pleasing. So unless you are very well educated in this stuff, know how to advocate for yourself, & want to potentially argue for your right to dislike something, I'd go somewhere else. He's got bony legs and seems to be in a hurry sometimes, so when he goes to crack your back, sometimes he gives you a bruise or charley horse on your leg. It's only happened a handful of times over the past three years, so it's no big issue. If he used a soft pad, it would help prevent this. 2. i wish he would check and do leg pull adjustments sometimes He is a good chiropractor who cares and is worth the visit. After filling all the paper work and given them my insurance information i was completely covered and approved for 20 sessions. The staff is polite and friendly, but that is probably all i can say on the positive side. After the 20 sessions, i felt no improvement so i did not bother to contact insurance for more approved appointments. I moved out in 2019 to my own place, and was contacted by collections in 2023 (5 years later) for an unpaid $500 bill. Allegedly they had mailed multiple bills to my old address and it was never forwarded to me. I work for GM and at the time we had theramatrix as our insurance provider, but parted ways in 2021. Im not going to get in the details of the run around Optimal Rehab put me through to confirm with my old insurance that i had no out of pocket expenses or deductibles, but they basically wanted me to provide the EOB (explanation of benefits) to confirm this information. I was told by the owner if they were at fault for filing the insurance papers incorrectly, he would apologize million times over. One apology would have been sufficient, but after not hearing anything back from them in the last three weeks, i assume they have taken care of the matter on their end. Hopefully they do not try sending the $500 bill to collections again in 2028. Mind you, though my address had changed my phone number on file stayed the same the entire time but it is not their policy to call you in regards to a 5 year past due bill. My recommendation would be to go to Diversified Physical Therapy. They have way better techniques and equipment to help with your physical therapy. They also know how to properly enter in insurance information. If you do end up choosing Optimal Rehab though, triple check to make sure they are entering the correct information on each of your appointments so nothing similar happens to you. More importantly, hopefully whatever injury or soreness you are dealing with gets better wherever you end up seeking help.

I almost hesitate in writing this because I know that means that more people will know about this office but they really are great so I knew I needed to share! Katie was the provider that helped me with 2 of my children on separate days. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to get us in quickly, which we appreciated because our daughter ended up having strep . I'm glad we were able to find a new pediatrician that was accepting new patients!
