ENVIRONMENT The store was organized and clean which made my search quite easy. I'll admit the prices at Vitamin Shoppe can teeter on expensive, however, their relaxed return policies never make me fear a purchase. The selections on display rivaled the best of any store I've visited. For the few items I was unable to find the staff was quite prompt in answering my questions. They followed up with me several times as I slowly meandered around the store to make sure there was nothing else needed. In the last several years, I've lowered my standards a bit as it pertains to my expectations of receiving great customer service. However, in this instance it was refreshing to find a group of retail reps that seem to value being a resource to others. If you're a frequent gym-goer or just place priority on your health this Vitamin Shoppe location is top shelf!

I found the deli, meat and bakery to be reasonably priced with aggressive sales. I found certain grocery boxed items as well. Lastly, I had an excellent conversation with a young man in the vitamins department, he had glasses on and took me right to the item I inquired about. I didn't catch his name. I will be returning. I have a young seven year old special needs kid on the spectrum thats non verbal. From time to time he yells for absolutely no reason. Its not consistent, but happens every half an hour. Again not consistent but one yell. Not too loud, but enough to make you turn around. My son loves the colors and different fresh smells at Sprouts. Its my little guy's favorite place in the world to go to and be himself. We get in line and this cashier is chatting away with a customer about how much she hates working there and dealing with "people". All of a sudden, my son yells and she follows with a " see what I mean, idiots". I knew she was talking about my son, but me being the bigger person I let it slide. Lord knows with my skin color and my size, she would've lied on me and there would've been cops everywhere, so I stayed silent. When it was my time in line, she gave me this side eye (she knew I knew she was talking about my son). As bad as I wanted to tell her about herself, no words exchanged. At the end, I told her to have a nice day, and she answered under her breath, "get outta here". Needless to say I called a manager afterwards, who was extremely nice. I won't put his name on here, bc he tried his best to make things right. One thing struck me, as he said, "yeah she has her moods". My thing is if you dont like working then don't work. Everyone's got a story, mine ain't got nothing to do with you, and yours ain't got nothing to do with mine. Keep it moving. As long as she's working I suggest going to another cashier. One nasty @$$ individual doesnt define everyone else. There are nice people there for sure. But this girl just miserable and hates her life.

I cant belive they would not return my first item after going there for six years. I told the women i will not shop there anymore and i left them with my brown ketchup bottle and my new order.
