It was a truly different and relaxing experience. Afterward we both agreed 1 hour would have been sufficient. We both got bored in the last 30 minutes. It would have been great if we could have fallen asleep but neither of us did. I chose total darkness for myself but with music. The Epsom salts in the water make it impossible to sink. If you are claustrophobic I would recommend you skip it as you are enclosed in a pod. You shower first then enter the pod then shower again after. It was a wonderful experience but for me in future I think I would choose an hour massage over it. Though they say you will feel the benefits of magnesium absorption over the week to come. I will happily come to try different experiences here they were wonderful.

I was 30 minutes early but still waited an additional 40 minutes. Other customers were left unattended in the spa chair. One sweet lady had waited so long she threatened to leave AND had been phoned to come in AND the tech who phoned her did not remember calling her! I didn't see any licenses on display - a mechanic could have been doing my service. It certainly felt that way. Numerous times I had to ask my tech to be more careful. I have NEVER had a pedi that left my toes painful to the touch. I have one finger that is so sore under my nail because the tech cleaned under the nail not paying attention to the tool she grabbed. She said she's been there 3+ years? How? Zero time management. The plate of food was a nice touch, but I'd trade that for a more professionally ran spa. No tub liners were used, my tools were not opened in front of me - I'm not even sure they were sterilized. The salon wasn't dirty, but it did look cluttered, messy, and disorganized. TS was my fourth nail salon to try in Fairmont. The previous three were just as bad or worse. I was told TS was the best in Fairmont. I hope not, or I'll be trying salons in a whole different city. The tech did do a good job. I mean, my nails look nice. But the entire experience was not worth $100+. Honestly. My appt was at 1:45. I didn't leave until close to 5. My entire afternoon was shot. I will not be going back to the nail salon.

SINGLE. TIME. I was holding back tears the whole service and I even tried to kill with kindness. Telling her I loved the shape of the nails, she did so good, etc. Nothing I did or said was making her less mean to me. if I complimented her, she'd ignore me, roll eyes, etc. If I asked for anything I used my manners, please and thank you so much. I'm new here to WV, don't have any friends, family etc. I moved across the country and have been working my butt off, I never get days to just relax or pamper myself and the one day I finally get to, I was crying cause of how horrible I was treated. I thought she was just like that but TWO others came in and she was SO nice to them. she told them to grab some water and hangout until their appointment, she was talking to them and having great banter. Idk what happened but from the moment I walked in, until I left I was so nice and I continued to receive horrible treatment. Once it was time to pay, she charged me 85 for my nails and 65 for my toes. AFTER she confirmed it was 45 and 55. I didn't want to argue so I paid and left and when I left a smaller tip (8$) she said "you can go and have a nice day now" and pointed me out the door. I'm not even angry. I was so heartbroken from this experience and I was really looking forward to this. Zero stars if I could give it.
